Hello Fellow Forumites, I am entirely new to [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) other than a one-time purchase of Athena 10X about 12.5 years ago, but I did get a reaction back then, and am interested in trying them again. After lurking around the forums a bit, my thoughts were to try A134 + IS, and then maybe later think about adding some IH. I’m 39, married, and am looking to use this mostly at social, networking, speaking, so I’m not interested in anything too overtly sexual. I also want to be able to continue using my regular cologne (Channel Pour Monsieur). As for a little bit about me personally, I live on the Gulf Coast, and am involved in marketing and advertising professionally. I found the forums along a very strange rabbit hole, actually. Was looking for copulins because I heard the spike testosterone in men and thought sniffing them before or after a workout could be a huge help. Still not too sure about that one, but am just about positive that I’ll be trying out some A134 and IS in the very near future… unless, of course, any of you have alternative suggestions. I’m very open to learning – that’s why I’m here : ) ---

Welcome Copywriter. I think you’re onto the right combo if you’re just looking for a non sexual, sociable and alpha male vibe. I’m currently experimenting with A314 for the first time and I also mix it with IS. I’ve had some really good results, but it’s still early. IH is also a great product along with IG and IO. Anyway, you’re certainly in the right place for information about pheromones. And AD offers the best products IMO. Use the search function here as there is an amazing amount of information. Welcome to Pherotalk! 🙂 The cops and test thing is pretty well discussed here - you will find plenty about it if you search in both mens and womens forums. Very briefly, the test raising thing has only been significantly observed in men exposed to women wearing cops, so there must be more cues than just cops involved. Now back to pheros - Your choice is good. A314 is superb in a professional environment and I would strongly suggest you consider the oil from the off as it is so much more subtle, long lasting - up to 8-10 hrs per application and in the long run far more cost effective compared to the sprays. Oil also gives far more stable diffusion in a hot environment - sprays can burn-off too fast. However, A314/b is formulated to similar impact, so it is a useful try out. Whilst A314 is my main workday phero, I also do a fair amount of public event/presentation work and I find IH and P74 both complement it superbly (singly and together), bringing extra depth to the trustworthy and status/impressive aspects of the mix. You can also transition this to a very mature sexual mix by adding a little bit of overt none (eg TUTH, [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), IJ) for when the work is over! 😉 ---

Hello and welcome to the forum. A314 & IH is the work combination in my opinion. A314 will give you that alpha male vibe and the IH will help people feel very connected to you while maintaining the respect factor of the A314. If you want some good general social for the evening, combine Ammo with A314. Ammo is not strongly sexual but will give you a little added sexy into the mix. There is a thread in my signature block that discusses that mix. There is also a thread in my signature block that talks about life at home for married guys. Give it a read - it might give you some ideas for the future. ---

The Ps and MXs are really for the more advanced user, yes - however the recent molecule shortages have pushed the costs of Instants like IO and IH so high that we are now suggesting some of the cheaper and more well understood putatives that have some similar qualities to them instead - [P74](https://a314.com/product/p74/) is one that can be used in place of IH - it is also a little more friendly. However the usual AD consumer warranty won’t apply for it but in this case I doubt you will be disappointed. I would suggest starting at 10mcg concentration for a 30ml or the 12.5mcg for a togo. 🙂 ---

I’ve read nothing but good things about [P74](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p74/) and is one of the next products on my wish list…Mobo knows his mones from time I’ve been following him, I would take his advice on that. Especially since the price on something like IH has gone sky high. ---

Welcome to pherotalk Copywriter! Yes we are an amazing bunch and there is never a dull moment, at least not from my end. I think with your background in pheromones and from what I know you should be good with trying a product like P74.
