# Introduction/ new to phero's. Pheromones to Help me get back my GF? M/28/Brisbane

Ammo and [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is a good all-rounder - Pleasant, masculine and sexy, and not difficult to use, so go with that and just have fun - Take whatever comes with good humour and confidence but don’t look to reconnect just yet.

At 28, two sprays of each wound not seem an unreasonable starting dose to me. 🙂

So what did you decide on what you wore and how did it go?

I agree with the [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/)/IShine setup and when in doubt you can’t go wrong with that setup.
