Hi there, my name is Tony and I am from Spain. I have been reading this site without any registration, but today i decided to be a member of it. I want to test PH because they seem amazing. I am 19 years old, I have been thinking in which one to use, I am a university student and I am with people between 18 and 24. I would like to you guys to recomend me which one to start with. What do you guys think about this combo? IS, Instant Openness and [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/). What about some mx203 too? I hope you guys can help me to choose the best option, as i said I am a 19 years old who is studing at university and a party disco lover Well that’s all and sorry for my english if it is not so good. Bienvenidos Tony. Welcome to the forum. I have and do use a lot of the products here. For someone your age I would recommend this combination: [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) to make you seem a little older and cooler. Instant shine to make everyone around you feel happy to be around you. IO to help open conversations. You could also try IH as it helps with deeper conversations and creates a sense of connection that women really like. IFM is great for when you have a steady girlfriend and she gets in a bad mood for a day or a week if you inderstand. Hope this helps. Please ask any questions. We are happy to help. ---

Welcome Tony! Instant openness and instant shine are definatly for you. Openness will make all kind of conversations possible. ANd it will be really easy to start them. Instant shine will make everyone happy, in a better mood. Those two social products are great for your age group! [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) can also help. It is a great product for attraction. However, you should not apply more than 2 sprays or there will be negative hits on others. ---

Hold off on the [MX203](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/mx203/) as it is a advanced product you will want to get the consumer products working for you first. I just have some more questions: -What do you think about [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) for a guy of my age? -Do you think ammo is a good choice?. I have been reading and I have seen not to use it if you are under 22 or so. I am almost 20. I would like to test it with no more than 2 sprays. - I would like to know where are the application points for each of the products (ammo, is and io) and the best option to remove them after daily use. What do you think of this order, as it will be my first one: Instant shine, instant op and ammo. I think is a good start up. Hoping for your answer Best Regards ---

Yes men over 40 normally use double ammo, regular ammo should be fine for you. Pulse points, spots that heat up on your body, (not pits or groin) for Instant Shine and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) hair is a good spot for a spray or two, Ammo is great on chest and neck . Again you will need to test with this. There are alot of examples in the mens forum. In fact its a good way to apply, this way you can draw them in and break the ice with the IO and then when they get close and comfortable the ammo will kick in and up the sexy. 😉** _ - Can I put EDT behind the PHs?. IO comes in neroli and you can apply the colonge under or over it. Most people use some sort of colonge cover because you can slightly smell the mones coming through with the neroli. You will find certain mone products will need cover and others wont. Even though you can smell the mones other people are not aware of them. Its not the scent that attracts its the molecules that enterthe nasal passage and lodge in the brain.** _ * * * Tisha 😃 ---

But after having used them for a long time you notice little application tricks that can change the effects slightly or better your results. Keep in mind you need to test them one at a time first to learn your correct dosage. I would not use them in the order you gave in your example but you could if you wanted there is no set rules. Experimentation is important.** _ _ **Example. Use ammo as your base mone. this is the first one applied. Like I mentioned, You will have to test each one individually to learn the best dosage for you but lets just say 3 sprays is your dosage, Apply 3 sprays 1 to chest 1 to neck and 1 to back of neck. wait a few minutes for it to dry down. On its own ammo will be sexy, mildly arousing and attract attention.** _ _ **Now you can use either IO or Ishine to stear the ammo in a certain direction. Suppose you want people to be friendly and talk and approuch you more. Use your IO sprayed over your application points for ammo. Lets again say your dosage is 3 sprays. Use 1 to chest 1 to neck and 1 to your hair. Hair is good for diffusion of mones. Anone products like ammo or tuth are sticky so dont use those in the hair but the rest are fine for hair applications.** _ _ **Then move on to your Ishine, I would use 1 spray to chest 1 to hair and 1 to back of neck.** _ _ **While all the molecules will leave your body at some point to effect your targets the Ishine will be prominant makeing them feel comfortable and upbeat then the IO will draw them closer making them friendly and open and finally the ammo will arouse and grab there interest. Remember creating comfort is as important as creating sexual tension. Apply your IO to the hot spots on your body, pulse points chest, neck, wrist, hair. Say again 3 sprays is your correct dosage (we call it sweet spot) then wait for it to dry down a few minutes and apply your ammo right over it (not hair this one has anone) wait to dry down then apply cologne.**_ _ **In the summer you will be less coverd up so depending on weather and enviroment you will have to play around with your application points to see what works best for you. If your in a climate that has you bundled up alot hair applications are great as well as hands but you can apply to your cloths.
