Hiya Bob! Welcome to the mone forum! You have your targets and you have your choice of mones… AMMO +IS and +IO are an excellent set of mones. Though, you may be just fine with the AMMO and possibly the IS. These will highlight your personality and you are just fine in the communicating department, it seems like… you may want to get some IH instead of the IO for giving a feeling of comfortable to open up easily to you… The ammo will give you some of that Alpha feeling as well as put out an attraction signal, so you may need to temper it down depending on your interactions with them. As to the science behind mones, here is what I suggest.
