# IO and IH

Hi, I just get my instant openness and instant honesty. But when I see people talk in forum, they only mention IO and IH X4. Why? Are regular IO and IH so useless?

Is that not referring to the number of sprays used?

You will need to find the dose that works for you by testing.

If I spray too much, the scent will be offensive to others.

I only do 3 prays of each IO and IH. They both are regular. I want to know if they work.

I would say: Start talking with strangers and friends. You will not notice something different, until they start talking about their life and their hometown and their relationship… Then you know that you hit the sweetspot 😉

As with most things in life, doses are very much dependent on the individual.

One needs to experiment; sure a bit of guidance can be gleaned from others , but [Pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) are not “one size fits all”

As for using single strength ? This is a good thing as it is easier to find your dosage “sweetspot”; using the stronger mixes is useful once one has a handle on the pheromones and can be a more efficient use of them.  
But to start with the stronger preparations are just as likely to result in overdosing and undesirable results.
