Last night I met with some male friends I only see a couple of times a year. We don’t really have anything in common except that our partners are friends. They all go out for a meal around Christmas so now it’s a tradition us guys do too. As that’s a potentially awkward social situation I decided to phero-up. This is my experience / spraying: **Application** : IShine 2x strength 1 to back of head 1 to side of neck IG 1 to left wrist 1 to side of neck IO 2x strength 1 to right wrist, 1 to each side of neck (so 3 in total) The third IO spray didn’t mist however - it was more of a squirt. I had instant self-effects and couldn’t shut up. I wanted to speak to anyone and everyone straight away 😮 **Self-Effects:** Left the house and walked to the bar and felt very “up” - happy, confident and willing to talk to anyone. Joked with the bar staff just saying the first thing that came into my head. Throughout the night that was a theme - I expressed opinions more than normal, and though I sat on the fringes of the group felt like the hub of a lot that was going on. I definitely felt like Mr Social and like I was the glue holding a group that had no real bond together. **Effects on Others:** Everyone responded well and a good night was had. I’m not sure how I’d distinguish between a hit from [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) and a hit in response to my changed behaviour with this kind of night. I don’t think that matters though - the mix had the desired effect and it doesn’t matter if that was because of it’s influence on me or the influence on others. 🙂 ---
