# Io, Ih, ammo

Well I’m starting college soon and came across AD and made some purchases after reading the many posts with positive results on [pheromones](https://a314.com/). I decided since I’m on my way to college why not give it a try and see for myself. I ordered (Togo bottles to try them out first). IO, IH, AND AMMO can anyone give me some advice on how many sprays I should be using (18 years old male) and looking to get some female attention in class or at social events (this is my first ever time and I’m excited to try them out and don’t want to over do it). I have also read many posts claiming AMMO does wonders when used by itself can anyone confirm that? can i combine them without ODing? and what would work best for socializing and starting first time conversation with women? as i will be using this mostly in class maybe at the gym as well. also can anyone clear up this question i have does IH and IO smell bad when combined or used alone as i have read in some posts? also can IH AND IO be used with regular cologne as i have some aqua di gio that smells great and girls love the scent could i spray some IH AND IO with it? and WHAT does AMMO Smell like? Irish spring as i have read? or aqua. I have not received the package yet as i only ordered it a few days ago so i am unable to smell and see for myself.
