# IO/m and IO/f

Is IO for men the same as the IO for woman? Idk Im all confusing myself again.

What about the Instant Honesties m and f? What’s the difference?

There’s no difference, they are unisex 🙂  
I think it was Steve who said they had to put “for men” on the mens products or guys wont buy them 🙄

I’m not exactly sure, but I think they might be. I know that in the women’s products in the store, the [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) says “for men” but I was assured that it was the same product when I called to find out.

Yes, Instant Shine, [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Instant Honesty are all unisex, there is no difference between the ones sold on the men’s side of the store vs the women’s side.

For IFM, there are 2 versions, men’s and a women’s.

Yes. This is exactly right. Guys wouldn’t buy this product if it didn’t say “for Men” 😃. It has the same scent and same [pheromones](https://a314.com/), just different name.
