You can do a shot of TUTH later in the night if things get hot and heavy. AMMO is flirty with some sexual tension. It’s a great all around pheromone for interactions with women. More of the results will be subtle so just make sure you’re on top of your game, charismatic, and have fun. Don’t concentrate on the mones, they’re an augment of you and your personality. And extreme is right. It’s just what your comfort level with pheromones are. I tried to give you almost a fool proof mix. ---

From my experience, 2x AMMO + 2x IS is a HUGE winner for a 1st or 2nd date or other big events for potentially meeting girls. Around the third date, I usually start cutting IS to 1x and add 2x IH along with 2x [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/). On following dates, if a girl comes over to my place to eat or if she invites me to her place, I add 1x TUTH to the above mentioned mix (2x ammo + 1xIS + 2xIH). This has worked out pretty well for me so far… A314 actually gets some girls disinterested, esp if she isn’t looking for something serious. I am down for both - and it all depends on the person - but whether I use AMMO or A314, I think I am capable of steering things in a direction which I see fit.
