which one do you use more IH or IO? i kind of noticed that myself and others in this forum use IH in their combos more often then IO. edit: of course i voted for IH ---

IH tends to be my choice from the two. IO is not the most effective phero for me and Idon’t find it goes well with a314 at all. Although I do use it as a none moderator in other mixes. I would tend to use IS/IH in situations where many here would use IO. ---

Voted for IH. Nearly every time it’s like a mix of IO + [P83](https://a314.com/product/p83/) (as many of you say it has a crush-like effect) + “Instant Kitten” (if it existed 🙄). LONG LIVE ISHINE + IH !!! ---

I prefer IH too. IO doesn’t really work for me. It seems like IO will occasionally get you a “hi” while IH will get you a conversation. ---

Every work day 1 drop A314 and 2 sprays IH 1x. Next order will be a IH double strength. IO is for non work days. 4x IO 2x IS double strength. ---

Agreed thomas, IH is no joke. Excellent product for value. I would also call this Instant Connection and even Instant Healing for it’s spiritual purposes (the purging effects it has on 2 or more people—I’ve actually been wanting to write about this) ---

The very negative self-effects of IH make it useless for most of my [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) intentions. It tends to deflate the male plumbing for me, even with heavy Cialis or Viagra doses. So I voted for IO but haven’t the degree of experience with it yet. ---

Hehehe… I have no idea what you mean by it… but it sure sounds really intriguing! As for me… I’ve found they both work great. It largely depends on your mix and what you are going for as they can offset certain nomes just right. I’ve probably used IO more because I’ve experimented with it a bit more but I tend to lean towards IH. That deep connections and feeling of safety and intimacy can be so crucial… especially for the other person with you. Feeling like you have that connection or not can definitely be a deal breaker for many women. _shrugs_ ---

Yep, it’s happened twice or more times, in spite of the best of supplemental medications. It seems the only variable. However, please note that I’m considerably older than most of the men on this forum and I’m also more sensitive to A-1 for depression than most other reporters. I might be an outlier. I use it very carefully now, especially when opportunity seems near. ---

I take a multivitamin and a 500mg pill of fish oil every day mostly because of my fast lifestyle as a sprite 22 year old. I got the stuff at a hippie organic place here in town. I’ve read that fish oil tends to stabilize brain functioning. Give it a go and see what happens. ---

Did a bottle of EPA recently and ZMA regularly so supplements are not the issue. Darn reliable usually. The self-effects of IH seem to make me so introspective and “boundary-less” that I lose that “go-get-her” urge. Doesn’t happen with or without other [pheromones](https://a314.com/). Pheromones have self-affects and this is one. ---

The particular reaction Whitehall is having seems to be isolated to his experience. I have never seen it reported before. Of course some men are not as confident or open as Whitehall so maybe they just don’t report it or have not connected it. So at this point we can only assume its an effect isolated to the individual. I cant use TAF over a certain range of I get swollen glands. That is isolated to me. No one else has ever reported it. TAF is a extremely powerful and valuable mone though. Pheromones are not one size fits all. While our Psychologies are the same on a basic biological level there are those individual markers that shape and identify us uniquely I find IH from both use and from others reports to be incredibly valuable for creating connection and intimacy with people. Works for both males and females in this way. Your always going to find a mone that just doesn’t “fit” you for some reason. Work around those that dont. I still am curious what it is in IH that is triggering this effect for WH though. Its primarily two molecules that are well used in most formulas. White Hall do you have trouble with B-nol usually ?
