# Is Ammo OK to wear at a new office job, and how much should I use?

Hey to everyone!! I’m new to phero’s just need a bit of advice, just got my bottle of ammo haven’t tried it yet but i start a new job in an office next week my mate works there and he says it’s an untapped resource for good looking women 😃. Is ammo ok to be worn at work? and how much/where should i wear it?

[Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is an all round product that you can wear almost anywhere… Although since you are just 19, I would suggest you first find out your od threshold and sweet spot before experimenting at work.

Well, after wearing only two sprays of Ammo, I received a swollen head while the hot little hairstylist who gave me a haircut Friday went ond on about how nice I smelled.

Actually, make that two swelled heads. Glad that sheet was covering my business!😉

if you spray in your armpits, you fill notice a funky smell hours later. i find the neck the best spot for application. i would suggest starting with 2 sprays if you want the hits to be more visible. you might also notice an increase in agression when you wear it (i did) so learn to control it.
