# Is an Ammo OD like an A314 OD? Just wondering since [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is a -none, as is A314, is an OD on Ammo similar to A314? I am a noob and am working with ammo alone, I haven’t seen much change using 2 sprays in the last 3-4 days. So I’m going to start ramping up a bit and see what happens. I was able to search out alot of info on ODs on A314, but not much on Ammo. ---

A-314 is Rone and Ammo is None, two different mones. Ammo is difficult to OD on, but not impossible, because it is well buffered. You can possibly add a couple of more sprays and be OK. ---

A314 is mainly rone but does contain some Anone. With the product being 70-80% rone and oil based (slower diffusion) any amount of none is well and trully buffered. You won’t ever have an OD from none when using A314, but you can wear to much, at which point you get no hits what so ever because everyone is avoiding you. 2 drops is to much for me. I wear 1 drop - solo with no other pheromones - just above my lip, for work, and it works wonders. An amazing product, it’s just a shame the oil causes my skin to get a bit itchy. Anything above 2 sprays of Ammo and I’m just wasting my time. I don’t get aggression, irritation or avoidance with 3 or more sprays, the none in that sense is buffered. I just don’t get as much attraction and I can start to intimidate people. I wear Ammo for attraction not intimidation so I consider 3 sprays an OD, although not an OD in the traditional sense. I can pull 3 sprays of in some enviroments but in general I prefer to stick with 2 and add [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) and some socials. ---

Rocky, the only way to be sure is to test until you find your sweet spot, then push through it until you find how high you can go. To put it into context, I’m 7 years younger than you, logic would dictate that, all things being equal, I should be able to use a little less than you. Last night, I went out wearing 3 drops A314, 6 sprays ammo and, a couple of hours later, used 3 sprays TUTH, that’s something like 25mcg of -none but I had it well buffered with socials, there was no hint of OD and the only downside was that she wore me out 😉 ---

It’s more likely you’ll OD on the cologne component of Ammo before the mones. Ammo is mellow and well balanced and only has 2.5mcg androstenone per zap (plus 2.5mcg of androstenol and 2.5mcg of androsterone). ---

I see you are in your mid forties. when men start hitting this age, there is a trend that suggests they can wear more than a man in his early 20’s or late teens. however, there is no one-size-fits-all. you have to test and find your sweet spot. ---

I OD ed with Ammo when used 5 sprays of Ammo 1x. The cologne smell was overpowering too. My sweet spot is 2 sprays.
