What are you trying to do with the mix? IME IS can offset the A1 downer nicely but the A1 lasts much longer so you need to topup regularly in order to maintain it. Which can drive you into IS crash territory. However, A1 alongside something sexual and [P74](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p74/)/IH has been an effective mix for me in the past. ---

Mobocaster I’m trying to build a strong attraction mix. so much confusion on what a good attraction mix is. so I thought I would start playing with A1 and socials to see what happens. What really works for you? Thoughts Thanks Level ---

A1 is useful for attraction but it needs more alongside it its just too best friendly without something to give it a sexual edge - something to help bonding on a fairly deep level helps a lot too. Which is where the P74/IH came in. Sexuals, I’ve used a variety - [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), Alter Ego, NPA, TUTH. NPA or TUTH maybe gave me the most effective results but mainly around 30+ women. A1 is a pretty impressive none moderator, so you can go quite heavy with the none alongside it. I also tried A1 alongside P75 but found that was still a bit edgy. Needed more socials IMO. ---

Hummm I will try that mix Friday, could use a starting point I have the [P75](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p75/) in 10mcg and IH in 1X how many sprays should I start with? Thanks Level ---

I’ve been playing with A-1 recently. I’ve been using about 8 drops of A-1 solo but like Mobo said it needs a partner. Never tried it with Shine though. Sounds like a pretty good partner for A-1. ---

I would start with your usual dose of [P75](https://a314.com/product/p75/) and IH and build-up the A1 in 12.5 or 15mcg quantities. I use between 30 and 45mcg depending on the none component. Going much above 50mcg of A1 does not seem to be much benefit. And if you have not used A1 before - Test it on its own at a low dose (12.5mcg max) for a couple of days first - to see if you are prone to negative self effects. If you start getting a downer, wash the app points, mix a lower dose and reapply when you feel better. Repeat till you get used to it - in my case it took a couple of weeks of 4-6hrs exposure daily. ---

There are lots of good suggestions in the “A1 Mix Repository” thread. Personally I’ve found it good with many mixes, just have enough none in there to keep the sexual edge. 🙂
