# IS and AMMO on the way! Good for the college crowd?

Spot-on I would say and IS complements [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) very well.

The best places are ones with good circulation and open to the air to diffuse. Have a prod around your exposed areas to find the warmest points. IS is also suitable for hair application but don’t spray Ammo there - none binds quite strongly and can cause buildup/stink - needs a lot of effort to remove.
