# Is Instant Honesty + Instant Openness the same as Come Talk To Me Mix 2?

CTTM is a and b and much simpler than IH.  
instant shine has “feel good happy confidence building phermones” that includes more than just androstenol.

if your sticking to ONLY androstenol, then no shine for you.

if your looking for uplifting positive phermones, then instant shine is better than CTTM .

you might consider IO instead.
