# IS light headache

When I sprayed 3 2x [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), it always give me a light headache, or some dizziness… Maybe a little happy (Maybe Placebo) but no apparent hits whatsoever

That can happen when first adjusting to pheromones. I haven’t gotten any headaches but I have given a friend of mine a few.

Hits with instant shine are very mild. Enjoy the cheerfulness, I find that to be the most beneficial effect. What’s the saying? Smiles are contagious, 😃 which is pretty much the point of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). To spread shininess to the world! mwahahaha
