Humans have a quite good ability to consciously fake body language. No human seems to be able to consciously change his pheromone signature. Unfortunately there’s no technology that would allow biofeedback training to regulate owns own pheromone signature. For those who don’t use sprays the signal should be quite pure in communicating information about what goes on in another person.

Are there people on this forum who can consciously smell the pheromone signature of a normal person with reasonable precision?

Did someone try to train that ability by taking bottles with different [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) concentrations and trying to distinguish the bottles?
Do you think it would be a good idea to try?

Thought provoking question Christian. Reps and my vote for TOTW!

You know I had to think about this, but I do believe we can and actually I think many, if not all experienced users, do this subconsciously now. When I got into pheromones on this forum, although I had been using them for years, I really started understanding the subtle nuances from understanding my own reaction to the mones. I first had to learn how I reacted to the mones before I could truly comprehend how others responded. That’s why sweet spot testing is so important.

In this instance then it only makes sense that on some level we are always looking out how others are responding to and are emitting themselves pheromone wise. Compellingly enough, the other day I encountered a woman that wasn’t really my type (she was out of her 20’s 😉) and while I appreciate every woman for herself, I am shallow and vain. So while this woman was attractive she didn’t really entice me to act upon any interest I might have had. However the more I was around her, the more attractive she became. This is when I contemplated if natural copulins were at play.

On some levels I do believe many of us are now doing this with some effectiveness. If we understand that a person wearing A314 garners a particular type of result, than suffice it to say, if we encounter someone eliciting those types of responses from us aren’t than we have already trained ourselves to some degree. 😉

Great question 🙂

I think that would be more an indirect way that’s not about consciously noticing the smell.

I did a bit of digging in the literature of human training of lowering the threshold for smells and there a paper that showed that it’s possible for androstenone. (Evidence for peripheral plasticity in human odour response
Liwei Wang, Lixin Chen, Tim Jacob)

But then I’m probably getting ahead of myself and I should first have my own experiences before doing more far out stuff 😉

I’ve been thinking about this lately and a perfect example popped up recently. At my job, my boss has always had an air about him of a definite alpha, regardless of his job title. While he hasn’t garnered any respect because of his current tone towards his subordinates, he still seems to exude an air of respect regardless. What was odd was that logic dictated that I should not respect him but instinctively I did. After using a314 for a while, I’ve learned to cut through that vibe and deal with him on an equal level to which he has started responding in kind. A pleasant surprise to be sure but I won’t complain. Now on to my point. The other day I walk into his office to pick up my assignments. It was very early in the morning and he was the only one in the office. The moment I walked in, I could have sworn I detected a hint of [Akuto](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/akuto/) and then I put two and two together. Not sure how but I think he’s using a314 as well. I haven’t approached him about this and I won’t but I would definitely say that my continued use of A314 has given me a heightened sense when someone is using pheros.

_blushes_ stop 🙂 seriously though. All new guys and gals here are told to become more observant in order to see the hits they may be missing. We force ourselves to tune into the subtle nuances of human behavior. I think that as a highly adaptable race we can train ourselves to do almost anything. At first I just thought my boss had that type of air about him but as time went on, more things started to not add up to what I would deem as a normal signature. Especially when our insticts act against logic, since pheros are a more “instinctual” signature. I am also wondering if mx393 has some sort of thought provoking theme here otherwise its probably due to me finally getting some sleep. But yea with enough exposure its possible to consciously detect a phero signature. I’ll stop rambling now.
