> You’re missing her point here, kiddo. Why is her desire to be surprised by someone making you think it’s “not about love”? I tend to only fall for men who surprise me. Love is very much about surprise. The people I love the most, romantic partners and otherwise, surprise me every day.

i fell in love with my best friend in highschool, and we were NOT dating there. we really didnt have feeling like that for eachother.

a few years after graduation i just looked at him one day,and he me, and sparks flew where there never used to be.

that could happen at any time, any place, for anybody as far as im concerned.

you can surprise _yourself_😃

I love surprises. I think if there are no surprises in a relationship, then the relationship simply won’t last. They don’t have to be big ones. Even a deep conversation can be surprising.

Anyway, I have lab with that guy again today. Hopefully he will be in class. He can be somewhat unreliable when it comes to showing up for class. I will probably use the perception gel along with the last of my [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) sample (I have been saving it for this very occasion). I also received a sample of Love Potion Pink with my order that arrived yesterday, so I think I’ll also use a tiny bit of that as a cover scent. I’ll keep an eye on him and see if he stares at me. I’ll give you guys a report when I get out of lab 😉😃

> Yeah, actually I don’t really care if he’s interested or not. I just want to know if he’s acting differently because of the pheromones. I’m not really interested in him, but I have a philosophy that if you give people a chance, they will surprise you. That’s why I date around a lot, but I have only really had one boyfriend. If he asks me out, I probably will go out with him just to see if he will surprise me with a side of him I haven’t really seen yet.

This is a fantastic example of a GREAT outlook on life. Hate to say it but you are IMHO excellent GF material. Someone I could really have deep moments with.

BAM: 6 rep points to you.

Anyway, I don’t think the pheromones affected him, at least not when we were in lab last. But we were taking a “standardized test” (aka, a test the Physics department has to administer to see how good everyone is in physics, but doesn’t go toward our final grade). He may have been focused on that, since he didn’t look at me once from what I could tell. I even tried to push the pencil that he was supposed to use toward him since he came in late and missed the professor’s lecture about how mechanical pencils won’t work for some reason. He just kind of looked at the “right” pencil, looked dumbly at his, and continued to use his own mechanical pencil. Smart kid. . . 🙄
