is it necessary or does A314 kinda have IShine in it? and could a spray of ammo go well with a drop or two of A314 thanx ---

It is not necessary to use IShine with A314. Some people will if they feel others are to taken back by there alpha vibe. It depends on personal preferance and testing. Your young so I would not use or go easy on using both ammo and A314 together as they both have anone in them. It has been done and again you would need to test it out. It will not be the same for every person. We all have different natural mone signatures as well to blend in with the products. Tisha ---

Bond- I use all these products and Tisha is right on both counts. I can come across as harsh or aloof even before the A314. The A314 often creates too much distance between me and others especially if they do not know me well. So I use Instant shine to offset that. But that is not always the case for everyone. You need to give it a try and see. Tisha is also right about A314 and [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/). I can wear both together without any problems and often do in the evenings. But I am in my mid-40s. YOu are younger and your 'none output is much higher. So you will need to carefully experiment and see what happens. Hope this helps. ---

Yea, IS seems to counter the intimidation of A314 fairly well it makes you come off as more playful I always seem to get more girls touching me with them on 🙂 An I mean where they start the touching, or in one recent case technically it would be groping, lol ---

I’ve never found my use of A314 intimidating in the least. I guess it varies with your natural [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) output and persona, but I’ve always found it to foster a an authoritative fatherly vibe. IS mellows it a little but is subtle. I find the -nols better in this regard. ---

A314+ [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is one of my most favorite mixes! I think it’s important for people younger than 30 to lighten up the A314 vibe a bit and IShine does a terrific job. Adding Androstenol products to A314 gives a slightly different vibe than adding IShine. Both have their advantages.🙂 ---

What the A314 is considered and what it does are different things, anyone can wear this IMHO Its generally for authority and respect which does project a more older man, but its fine for younger people, I would say don’t use it to go out and meet new people or to pick up women, the other phero’s work better for that kind of thing I like it at parties and larger gatherings, it works best in groups from my findings, at a party it tends to center more attention around you and as its a more laid back environment it just seems to work better perhaps it builds on itself through social proof where at least a few people will treat you very well just for having the phero on and then you will start to act more congruent with the vibe you send out and everyone picks up on it ---

I use A314 (3-4 drops) and IS two sprays at work. My questions is, do I have to refresh IS during the day? ---
