# Issue with PMs?

Hi. Is there an issue with private messages? I sent the same message two times today. I get the confirmation screen, but it never appears in the sent messages list. First time it happens to me. Anyone else having this?

PMs can be incredibly buggy at times. Its one of the drawbacks of using forum software as old as this!

Also, did you mention any competitors products? - It may just be complete coincidence of course but several times now I’ve had PMs vanish into the ether when mentioning these.

Actually, you were the person I failed to reach. No big deal, I was asking for advice for a specific case. I had to improvize but it turned out alright. I never use competing products, except hedione, but I don’t see that as sensible to AD. I may have mentionned hedione, for reference in the list of products I own. Another message I sent to a newbie on another topic also fell in void. Pm seemed to work ok with Justintime though during the same period.

That’s weird. I tested it now and it’s working fine. But yeah. I experienced that PM kinks some time in the past too. I will suddenly start my day reading some emails accusing me of ignoring someone’s PM or not sending them one. 🙂

Anyway, if the same problem continued to pop and that problem happens while sending PM to those specific members only, just spin a ticket and send it to the support email.

I’ll assign it to proper person/team. 🙂
