I wouldn’t be surprised if posts made on LS forums were actually the same user posting under different ID handles to promote LS products. I was banned from there too for some mysterious reason and when I asked I recieved no reply, even though the moderators have the time of day to hang out in the forums all day posting.

Anyway.. yeah.. there are more questions and lost people.. people trying to experiment than there are experienced, progressive users in the LS forums. I stopped looking there; as it really does not touch on my curiousity anymore.

The two companies are most certainly NOT one and the same at all.

The guy who runs Pheromonesandmore (now pheromo) works WITH Bruce to carry his products, but he has two exclusive copulin-based products of his own (Cleo and Cleo-Nol - a ramped up version of original Cleo with Beta-nol) which are nothing to do with Bruce, and which are NOT available outside of his site.

No idea where you got that notion, but can definitely assure you it is incorrect.

I am getting very wary of logging in over at LS, I must admit.

I don’t ever have a lot to say there, but these people who are being banned, never seem to have got out of line from what I can see.

Shame people can’t realise that sort of “old-boys” network, cliquey-wee-groups-of-regulars-pouring-scorn-on-the-opinions-of-others, thing - puts them in a very bad light, and puts people off.

Ail 🙂

I think all of us shared common frustrations with the LS forum and store, which could never be vocalized at the risk of getting hounded by the regulars on LS, or worse yet, getting banned. You more or less opened the floodgates holding back what I’m sure a lot people, even those who are still fully faithful to LS, feel.

Look what you done-did lol

> Yes i2w I am begining to agree with your assessment of A1 - not to wear the stuff everyday as it can have a rebound effect EVEN on women. I am thinking this has something to do though of them getting accustomed to it like every other mone. Or it might be to do with creating a weird kind of ‘intimacy’ vibe that they are not so comfortable with say because it is a group situation or they don’t want to be smothered in a relationship or they are married (_just a theory of mine_). Maybe rotating it with mones which have similar effects (such as P75 especially or maybe even P78 and P74) might be an option to still get some kind of similar benefit on days when A1 isn’t worn.
>
> Regarding Pork, no I hardly eat it at all but I do eat Chicken and occassionally Beef etc. I still had the ‘lone wolf’ problem even when my diet consisted of hardly any meat but included lots of fish. I don’t think my ‘Love Wolf’ problem comes from having high-Androstenone (I definitely don’t) but from the way I look (dark hair and eyes, sharp male features) and act (mostly quiet and not particularly talkative until I get in the mood or know the people very well).
>
> Yes and it’s funny how every second guy over 30 over at LS thinks that they know everything about women and are quite happy to harshly castigate newbies (especially young and unconfident ones) about what they are doing wrong. I bet you in real life a lot of these guys aren’t as successful as they like to portray themselves behind the computer screen.

question to both visionary and itwow :
you think that your physical features have more to do with the “lone wolf” syndrome than androstenone? that for me is very interesting. i have chicken or pork occasionally but mostly eat fish, and i never put the diet with the syndrome before. i have a diet that is moderately high in protein. i have dark features as well,and i am pale to boot, so i never considered that to be the sole reason ( i kept thinking its the 'none! or my high testosterone! something!) ive actually made phero mixes based entirely on softening my edges (although i like being edgy sometimes) and its helped some. what are your thoughts/theories concerning diet/features/none/ect? ALSO-
visionary, your theory on the “weird kind of intimacy vibe” i feel is right-on.

Hi Lor

I think there are different types of lone wolves: for some excess -None is the problem, for others (like me) it may be intense dark looks (I naturally look quite angry when I am not smiling) and an introverted nature (I am not interested or good at small talk for example), for others it may be a combination of factors. All I know is being social and smiling helps a lot with the lone wolf thing. That’s why I like TAA, Alpha and Beta-Nol so much - they put me in a positive, sociable mood.

You can tell if you are a naturally-high -None producer in some of the following ways (from MY OWN experience the following is true when I put on even a little artificial -None):

- do you get noticed and praised, disproportionately more than most others for the the same quality of work - if so you may have higher-None levels;
- do higher-end working people, say managers or other leaders, spend time with you that is disproportionately more than someone else in your position - if so you may have higher -None levels;
- when someone first meets you and your friends, do they immediately assume you are the leader of the group and talk to you first, ask for your opinion, etc. - if so you may have higher -None levels;
- are people almost always respectful of you, disproportionately moreso than your friends or other men of similar levels of looks and status - if so you may have higher -None levels;
- are people comfortable making jokes (even though they may be good-natured) about you and does it happen often- if they are comfortable then most likely you DON’T produce much -None.

Regarding diet - I think MHarris said that Cholesterol is the precursor to Pregnelonone (the ‘grandmother’ of all hormones) and thus higher meat eating should correlate to increased mone-production (presumably including -None). I personally think there are other factors involved such as whether the person produces much sweat (I think I produce less sweat than the average guy and have a bit less body odour generally irrespective of the diet I am on atthe particular time-I am speculating this might be to do with size of sweat pores or bacteria types and numbers or amount of hair on body).

I’m always curious why someone’s been banned, especially when looking back, I can’t find any offensive posts. But at the same time, wouldn’t it be more appropriate to ask the question to Bruce or one of the mods there? I realize that after being banned you can’t send a PM, but Bruce’s email address has been posted there before. And asking someone there why would more likely get an answer than just venting at their main competitor’s site.

I wasn’t sure about the diet connection, which is why I posted to confirm it. Seems unlikely though.

I guess a good way to mitigate the lone wolf syndrome is to put a dose of self-comforting pheromones (EST for male wearers, A1 for female wearers). Our own demeanor & attitude expand to influence others nearby, be it positive or negative, which again bounce back to the self.

Other products which calms & relaxes me : ANOL, WAGG, TAC. I used to wear a little SoE on my nose 😃

a friend and i have pheromone adventures in our neighborhood watering hole and found the coolest reactions to high amounts of SOE !!! that is seriously a fun product. im looking forward to similar experiments with IShine and IO and IH… in the same place. i cant wait to watch the similarities/differences.

I shouldn’t have to be running to them asking what I did wrong. I don’t feel I should have to ask as I have spent many $$$ over the last 3 years buying products from LS. I have placed more than a dozen orders with them. Never returned a product either (and not because they all work great but because I don’t feel it is right for a company to wear the cost of my own decision)! Surely that warrants some kind of explanation BEFORE I get banned! Or how about some kind of warning people!

Is that the right way to treat loyal customers in general Mr. Playboy?😠

Anyway who cares being banned from an internet forum is no big deal at the end of the day. We all have bigger things to think about.😃

I just spent twenty minutes typing a reply, Visionary, which I deleted before posting. It gave my experience at another forum that ended in my being banned from a private group that was an offshoot of that forum.

My message was to Catlord. He said that he just wanted to know why he was banned. I still feel if he was curious, it would be more effective to go to the source and ask that question to the ones involved instead of at a competing site, where chances are very unlikely the ones who know are going to answer.

As for how they treat a good customer, the forum and store are two different entities. The mods aren’t going to know how much an anonymous poster spends at the store.

I seriously doubt Bruce knows why an account was banned, he probably defers to the moderators on those issues. Bel has posted over here before and there are a lot of people who spend time on both sites so it’s not that bad of a question to ask over here. The consensus it seems is that accounts are banned a good bit of the time for no reason and no warning. So of course there will be a little backlash at LS now that there is a place for that backlash to be presented.

i may be incorrect, but me thinks catlord did try to find out why.
i also find it interesting that moderators in a forum encouraging the productivity/health of the store do NOT have insight as to who some of the more enthusiastic customers are? i mean, they still have the “anonymous” posters email address,no? also, the ones who know- the moderators - do post here. unlikely to answer,maybe. but what about private messages? all of this falls under the tent of common curteousy, and i guess im curious myself because i have been in similar circumstances. LS has treated me with nothing but respect so far, so i cannot complain.

Good point Lor.
They know exactly how much each person has spent, etc. It’s easy enough to check the person’s buying record. It’s funny, the whole forum/store distinction, while they banned me from the forum, they are still sending their newsletters to my email. **So my contribution to discussion is not welcome but my money is?** 😛

My advice to Mr. Playboy and anyone else who thinks they are a member of the ‘community’ at LS is to understand that this status could be **gone in an instant** if any of the onsite forum moderators/owners have a whim to ban people no matter how much you give to them, both in terms of $$$ and in contribution to discussions.

It happened back in mid-2004 where they banned a number of posters in a few days (some of whom did little to deserve such treatment while some of them had posts that were getting annoyingly offtopic to be fair). I am talking about people who helped build some of the better and more fun threads as well as some of their pinned threads like Franki, Tallmacky, Elana, Exit63, BigGulp(Ash), JustPeachy, and whoever else. Really I saw little warning given to those people. Just pure ruthlessness on the part of LS.

And now it is happening again. The second great purge. 😃

I did not make an effort to ask why I was banned of the mods at LS. It really does not matter to me enough to do that. The general consensus over there seems to be that I am a shill, and a liar, and full of $h\*t, so it was neither a surprise that I was banned, nor a problem. I was curious for my own intellectual pleasure, but the reason is about as important to me as a flea would be to a giraffe. Reasons don’t matter if they aren’t **reason** -able, and I do not believe my being banned was **reason** -able. I also do not think the way I was treated by a number of the posters there was reasonable, but if they do not agree with me, or think I am a shill or a liar, that is their right - Just as it is my right to take my money elsewhere in response to what they allowed me to perceive as poor treatment, even if in their eyes it was not. I do not have the time or energy to be upset with LS, because it’s just not worth the trouble. Better to let it go and spend my time and energy on something more productive.

my bad. i thought someone did inquire, possibly catlord17 himself, but i am mistaken. anyhoo, it may be natural to eventually butt heads with certain posters ( as some have issues with being “right”, as if both parties cannot both be correct. there is a personality type that has to be an authority/absolutely without a doubt CORRECT, lol .) but thats what makes the forums fun and interesting…contrast.
