its winter here, a brisk 33degree right now (granted its 2am) but generally will go out in a hoodie and tshirt. with that said should i stay away from applying to arms/chest and stick with head/neck?or will the wrists be ok even covered by a thicker material such as a hoodie

I’d say apply it to your neck and above, especially your hair (if you don’t wear a hat, of course). I think the more layers of clothing you have on, the more “smothered” your pheros will be, thus, less effective.

Apply where river said, however, don’t spray any turn up the heat in your hair or on your cloths (shouldnt wear [pheromones](https://a314.com/) on your cloths anyway). This is because the -none in TUTH will ‘stick’ to your hair.

It will latch onto your cloths and hair. It is very difficult to get out.

For a real world example on a larger scale: Remember going into the woods as a kid and those little burs would get stuck onto your cloths and you’d have to pick em off. Thats kind of like certain pheromones. -none happens to be a very ‘sticky’ pheromone so it will remain on cloths and hair for a long time.

Good point iamstretchypanda! I tend to forget about the quirks of -none!😃
