I received my first shipment of [pheromones](https://a314.com/) yesterday, IA/B and IH. I immediately tried one spray of IH just because I was curious about the scent. Considering I only left my apartment momentarily to get a red bull from the gas station, I don’t consider it a proper test. The gas station attendant was nice and helpful, but I don;t know if it was any more so than what he would usually be. Today for work, I tried to sprays of IS/B though I’m worried I didn’t put them in proper places? I did one spray on my wrist, rubbed them together, and also rubbed them into my neck, and then a second spray on the back of my neck that I tried to ruffle through my hair, but I’m thinking when I try it again, I should try the top of my hair. I’ve only been at work for an hour in an office full of women, so, I will keep you all updated as to how the day goes and if anything seems to be working. There’s a fairly cute coworker who usually stops by in the afternoon. Can anyone some offer advice on the best place to spray for the widest range? How much should be used? I’ve read a lot of the different threads but it seems to vary. ---

Y’all - the [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) is CRAZY!!! I wore two sprays to work yesterday, one on wrist, rubbed together, and rubbed onto my neck, and then one spray in my hair. I did the same with the Instant Sexiness B, but the Honesty what I seemed to get results with. Yesterday was my birthday so it’s hard to judge if the super friendliness from coworkers was anything out of the ordinary since it was a special day, I will have to try that again on a more neutral day. One coworker in particular though gave me a ride home from work. She does this often and we usually don’t speak in the car. This woman yesterday wouldn’t shut up! She was like confessing her life to me! Telling me she hated her children and wished she could go back in time and never get married because they ruined her life. She was cussing every other word! Oh. My. Goodness! The stuff coming out of her mouth was insane! I will be more selective on who I use that around from now on. 🙂 ---

Happy late B Day. Very nice report. So There are a million different ways to apply on your app points and wouldn’t get to stuck on them. The main thing is to get them on these pulse points to diffuse. Effecting others to effect others more put on your wrists or elbows Effecting you If you put on your neck this will effect you as well as others With IH I want it to effect my targets and not me so I would wear this on your wrists and try to talk a little with your hands to. I would wear the IS/A or B close on your neck. ---

I know I haven’t kept a steady journal of each time I’ve used the different pheromones, but just an observation from having used them over the past couple of weeks. They definitely effect those who I already have relationships with, a lot more than they do strangers. The [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) is an absolute riot! Though, it can be a tad dangerous (self effects). I’ve had my coworkers admit that they absolutely hate their children and wish they had never had them because it ruined their life. I wore a potent combination of IS-B and IH one night and happened to run into a friend of mine who I have always looked up to as an older brother. Along with spilling the secrets of all our mutual friends, he was also excessively affectionate that night. Holding me close to him, hugging me and kissing my forehead any chance he got. While - also telling me that he recently bought a ring for his girl friend and plans to propose soon. Talk about sending mixed signals, but, I know his affection was a reaction to the pheromones and he totally loves his girlfriend! ---

Jamie: You can wear IH on the outside of your forearm (or even elbow) to limit self-effects 🙂. You can also apply to your hand, provided you keep your hand away from your face. No one will reproach for you not writing in your journal every day, it’s always a pleasure reading you. ---

Hi Jamie! How are you? I’ve been checking the journals and I was reminded by your awesome IH hit back then. And I just saw you bought some TUTH and Puppy Love. Those are mixes I’m interested to hear about. Me here just wish to see this awesome journal revived with awesome results.
