I contacted Jasmin today on trying to figure out why I couldn’t get the $15 discount to work. She let me know to use the code in the gift cert section instead of the coupon section. Best customer service ever !! It was definitely end user error…I was the short circuit between the keyboard and the chair. Can’t wait until I get my stuff. Thanks again !! ---

ive bought stuff over the internet before, but never had the experience of being able to contact the same person by phone as helped me online. i didnt have to pull information out of her,lol, she offered all the help i needed and then some. why again is this the most happinin’ phero-forum ever?? i called her today, told her my name and she was like “ohh, the one from canada, your pharcyde right?”. My jaw hit the floor, she even knew why i was calling. she says she remembers everything but i think shes a mind-reader. ---
