Hi im jay from the east coast 23 m who is shy when approaching girls i am interested in using [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) to attract more women and gain more confidence. I’d recommend [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/). It’s good for younger guys, and has elements of attraction, socials, and can add self confidence. More info would help! Good luck ---

I will suggest IO, SHine and IH. IO will make the people want to talk to you. It is like an ice breaker. It makes you more approachable. Shine will make them in lighter mood around you. IH will make the conversation longer and deeper. People will feel like they have known you for long time. ---
