**Mix 1 social Upgrade Attempt** 11-23 So I have the day off and been pretty lazy relaxing around the house. Decided to do some fun testing. Showered yesterday afternoon and today so should be no trace of mones. Same diet, etc. I’m wanting to combine mix 1 with iL from my index, actually mix 2 but I don’t have P96 yet so just this for now.. After about 1 hour from shower sprayed on… 3 sprays eNone 2.5 MCG each 2 sprays TAC 10mcg each 1 spray ERone 2.5 MCG each 1 spray ANol 2.5 MCG each 1 spray IH 1 spray P95 5 MCG each 2 sprays Hedione (2 sprays eNone layered with TAC on neck sides.. 1 spray eNone, eRone, Anol layered on Adam’s apple.. 1 spray IH right side of Adam’s apple.. 1 spray P95 left side Adam’s apple.. Hedione sides of neck below eNone/TAC..) Headed to first store.. Wow so because thanksgiving is tomorrow today is an awesome test day the stores are full. The first store in at the results already look super promising. I’m getting all kinds of looks and smiles and dihls from women, some even breaking their necks and double takes. Mostly white and Hispanic women, beautiful 20s and 30s. So I’m walking around and getting a bunch of looks and smiles, then I went to a section just looking at something and a worker (late 20s semi heavy set dark haired white woman) ask me if I needed help. I clearly said what I was looking for and she repeated it back wrong to which I reiterated. She asked if I need her to move and I said no then she moved anyways. She seemed eager to communicate. I went to another section and as I’m writing down the results on my phone a gorgeous late twenties dark haired white women is coming down the aisle. I looked like someone who is just staring at their phone and when someone walks by I look up just to notice them to scoot out of their way. Well when I pulled my head up this woman was already staring at me looking deeply into my eyes, smiles so lovely and says hi. Super hot. Super hit. **2nd spray P95** I go in the bathroom and spray 1 more spray P95 to same spot as last and immediately after leaving the restroom I get DIHL’d super hard by a cute 20s brunette white woman, I had to break the state it was so hard. As I walked around the hits seemed the same, smiles, giggles, eye contact, and dihls. Maybe about the same strength as before.. Hard to tell. Maybe a little better actually. **3rd spray TAC** Left to next store. When I got in my car I added 1 more spray TAC to same spot as last TAC. So wow, as soon as I walk in this next store there is a 20s petite cute Asian female working and she totally DIHL’d me so hard, I kept looking away just to look up seeing her still staring. Finally I just said hi and she responded with the sweetest hi ever. Sheesh. Love at first sight, call it LAFS iOi haha. As I walk around the looks seem decent and a lot of eye contact but not many Dihl or anything else. **3rd spray P95** I head to bathroom and apply another spray P95 to same P95 spot. As I walk around the results are about the same. I see two very pretty 20s white women so I trail them and decide to put myself in their field of view and when I get near they are facing the other way towards a shelf and as I pass one of them turns to look at me locks eyes then I just smile and keep walking. Then I get the checkout and the clerk late 20s black haired Hispanic semi heavy set woman doesn’t seem to show any iOis at first. As she’s ringing my stuff up she seems a little lost like she couldn’t focus and as I payed with my card looking down at the keypad she keeps looking at me though I wasn’t looking at her. As I left I noticed nothing extraordinary. **4th P95 spray** Go to my car to go to next store and apply 1 more spray P95 to same p95 spot. The mix seemed to go downhill from here the hits and looks were gone. So far it’s been an hour. **3rd spray ENone and 4th TAC** Come home and spray 1 spray eNone and 1 spray TAC to TAC and eNone spot then head to store. Went to an Hispanic store and the results certainly got better but nothing too extravagant. I did get some deep eye contact with a 40s Hispanic female clerk and as I approached the checkout 2 late teens Hispanic girls were standing there to which one turned around to Dihl then double take. Nothing else really noteworthy. **2nd Spray eRone** I head to my car and apply 1 spray eRone to Adam’s apple with the other eRone. Head to next store. In the next store the results were decent. Got some nice respect hits from a guy or two. Not really potent iOis but decent enough. No real improvement. **Self Effects** The more sprays I kept adding the more energy I had the faster I moved and the more suave and on point I felt. **Conclusion** I think the best results came from the first mix, then up to 2 sprays P95, but I believe the one spray was actually enough and the second was a waste. I’m looking forward to adding to this mix to make it a WMA (weapon of mass attraction) Nice results today. Towards the last few sprays I added I began to have a headache. And the self effects tapered off and disappeared. ---

Crazy test day my friend 😃! I feel like revisiting P95 all off a sudden. I’ve had weird experiences with it yet but I can’t call it quits based on those results of yours, even though you weren’t flying solo P95 on this. What part of the day / Kind of IOIs /self effects were directly linked to P95 component in your opinion? ---

Haven’t played with it in a while but it’s a super good one. For self effects, the P95 gives me a super feeling of lightness and happiness. Sometimes a little goofiness and stuff like that. Puts me in a happy mood and makes me more smiley. It was the afternoon and everybody was rushing to do some thanksgiving shopping. The iOis were like as if someone was super happy to see you. Big smiles, really girly smiles. Like take a Dihl moment and add some smiles and bright eyes. I actually remember on numerous occasions wearing p95 solo and having young hot girls turn their head back to Dihl me while simultaneously holding her boyfriends hand as they walk away. It wasn’t always but it happened more times than I’ve ever seen in my life. P95 is a really good molecule for making girls ‘girly’. When I wear it with a sexual mix women really go buck wild in the sac. So much fun this one. ---

_Thoughts on my last test (post 659)_ I’m thinking for the future mix I will do something like.. 3 sprays eNone 2.5 MCG each 2 sprays TAC 10mcg each 1 spray eRone 2.5 MCG 1 spray Anol 2.5 MCG 1 spray IH 1 spray P95 5 MCG With… P96 And P79 **EDIT** I’m also thinking of swapping the IH for A-Nol or B-Nol, just to keep everything precise and simple molecules. It seems like since I was able to add more P95 without it taking too much away maybe I can keep the P95 at 5 MCG and add the other Ps I mentioned. ---

After about 1 hour from shower sprayed on… 3 sprays eNone 2.5 MCG each 2 sprays TAC 10mcg each 1 spray eRone 2.5 MCG each 1 spray Anol 2.5 MCG 1 spray IH 1x 1 spray P95 2.5 MCG 6 sprays Hedione 2 drops EO (2 sprays eNone layered with TAC on neck sides.. 1 spray eNone, eRone, Anol layered on Adam’s apple.. 1 spray IH right side of Adam’s apple.. 1 spray P95 left side Adam’s apple.. Hedione sides of neck below eNone/TAC, back of neck, wrists, and near collar.. EO 1 drop spread to both earlobes and 1 drop spread to back of neck..) Head out shopping about 30 minutes later. 1st store. As I walk around I am getting a considerable amount of looks from women of various ages and races. Not super strong but sometimes Dihl. About 80% of responses from what the mix was doing yesterday, but the amount of looks were about the same. At one point I was standing in an aisle next to a shelf facing it and I notice at the end of the aisle a 20s white woman notices me as she passes and keeps walking. Within seconds she turns around and comes down the aisle and walks directly where I’m at and passes directly in front of me rather than behind me where she had the whole aisle to use haha. She actually kept walking a little further assuring me that she definitely didn’t need to squeeze in between me. As I left I felt women just checking me out when I wasn’t looking at them. **Additional spray P97** I get to my car and add 1 spray P97 to left side of Adam’s apple over the P95. And head to neck store. Immediately the self effects kicked in and I feel totally at ease and relaxed. So as I walk around I seem to be getting tons of looks and eye contact from all men and women. No Dihl. When I first walked in a caught a dark haired late 20s white women’s eye to which she broke the eye contact, but as I passed her she totally bent over right in front of me to grab something. As I keep walking I get to another area where I’m just looking at stuff on a shelf then another late 20s dark haired white woman with her young daughter in the cart come to where I’m at and stand behind me for a sec, then she totally invades my personal space to get something from where I’m looking. I continued to get a lot of looks from all men and women I encountered. **2nd spray P97** I head to bathroom and apply a second spray P97 5 MCG to same area as last time. At this point a lot of people had left so my test subjects had decreased. However the results didn’t seem to get better or worse. This one hot blonde 20s Caucasian woman who I got some strong eye contact with before I went and sprayed was in line after I sprayed. I was walking and she turned her head around to see me and locked eyes again from about 30 ft away. The self effects of the P97 didn’t seem to alter, if anything I was less relaxed and more energized. **Conclusion** I feel the results weren’t quite as good as yesterday probably due to the extra Hedione and EO. Not that it ruined it but shifted the type of hits. Instead of women being all happy, giggly, and friendly saying hi when they saw me, they looked a tad more serious, didn’t say hi, but maneuvered themselves closer to me, especially with the addition of P97. It was like they were more ‘drawn’ to me which is what I would like to see. Since there seemed to be a more drawing affect to me because of the EO and maybe the extra Hedione, I’m thinking this will end up being a good sexual mix. The extra spray of P97 seemed unnecessary as the first was good enough. ---

**Sig Update 11-29** I’ve added my usual jiaogulan and multi, plus ginsengs, and foods containing high amounts of Vit E and Zinc, because I’m expecting my P96 soon and I want to be able to test mix 1 with it (mix 2) to try and make it greater. I’ve been on these supps for a few days. Will probably plan to stay on them until further notice. Also added SJW. ---

**Androsterone test** 11-29 Woke up after about 5 hours sleep, went to work, came home, ate usual diet, showered, waited a few hours and sprayed mones. (Also maintained continence for 6 days until now) Sprayed: 3 sprays **AndrosteRone** to front and sides of neck 2.5 mcg each. Went shopping. First store was about an even amount of Hispanic, Asians, blacks, and a few whites and Indians. The results favored Hispanics. I was getting a lot of Dihl from them, many women seemed to really want me just constantly checking me out. The blacks didn’t see to respond at all. The Asians didn’t either. For a while I got nothing from the whites until a little later into shopping when 1 white woman late 20s heavy set made significant eye contact from about 30 feet away. Again I walk around and seem to get no other reactions unless they were Hispanic. When I get to the register it is an Indian girl working and she rung up a Hispanic guy and she seemed to give him borderline dirty looks and wasn’t very friendly. Then the next people in line were some almost elderly black women and this Indian cashier lit up and asked how they were doing with a big smile. They had friendly conversation. Next it was me and she sort of have me the same dull attitude she gave the Hispanic dude. That’s is until I was about to leave when she was handing my receipt she smiled really well as she said bye. About 40 minutes later I get to next store. Next store I go to is a health food store and I go to look for some natural stuff, and this store is basically all white shoppers and staff. While I’m browsing a late twenties white male asked me if I needed help in a very enthusiastic way. I wasn’t at this store long. I found what I was looking for and left.. As I was heading to check out I see a very sweet and cute looking 20s dirty blonde slim college type Caucasian gal, little petite thing. I’ve seen her there numerous times. She looked like she wasn’t doing anything so I asked if she was open and she lit up and said yeah. She rang me and I payed and left pretty quickly but the short and sweet conversation was totally great. Big smiles and great eye contact. Nothing negative at all. **Conclusion** It’s hard to say what is what seeing as I’ve actually incorporated my supplements back into my diet and have retained continence almost an entire week. However, if I were to guess, the high Rone, at first obviously struck Hispanics the greatest, but after some time (~1 hour) it leveled down a bit. More tests should tell. ---

**Continence test** 11-29.. So today has been my 6th day practicing Continence. I woke up after about 5 hours sleep, showered yesterday afternoon and went to work without showering or eating. No colognes either, or mones, or EO. Same diet as usual with added supps last few days. All day at work it was pretty interesting. It was sort of like ghosting but not really. People still noticed me and were friendly when the time was right but no apparent attraction. When I spoke to the young Hispanic female’s I work with they replied with nice smiles. But there was one thing different. For some reason I want to say it was like people were respectful like they held their tongue around me and kept their heads down. Like when your super mean spirited manager comes around and you just want to avoid conversation, not because you don’t like the person, but because you’re worried they are going to criticize your work and you want to look busy. Even one of my supervisors who is totally friendly with me all the time, kept his head down and didn’t talk to me much. When I was headed somewhere in the building, this girl who is a 20s Hispanic cutie, a little heavyset and short, saw me coming and quickly stepped out of my way… But so excessively. She pretty much ran into something just to get out of my way, as if someone pushed her into it. But this is why I didn’t suspect it to be ghosting but more of a respect hit, doors were being held open for me and people just generally moved out of my way. I also noticed when people spoke it was with a much quieter tone. At work I’m used to hearing loud speaking and laughter but all was calm. Not only employees but customers who came in, they generally didn’t have the excitement I’ve heard before, in their speech. Also, along these same lines in pretty sure I didn’t hear any negative speech from anyone. At least some people find something to complain about but I didn’t hear it today. I was really quite shocked when the cute 20s Hispanic girl who’s been crushing on me didn’t say hi to me, no big smiles unless I spoke to her and also she didn’t acknowledge me as I left nor said bye. All things she normally does. If testosterone is really peaking towards the 7th day of continence and higher test leads to higher AndrosteRone, then perhaps I was really indeed getting some strong respect hits. I’m really not sure what to make of it but it all is quite interesting. **Conclusion** Hard to say. It seems abstinence does indeed change one’s pheromonal signature, but to what to degree and in what way? I’m not sure but it was a learning experience. ---

**EO test** 11-30 So yesterday I ended my continence streak and showered before bed. Woke up and went to work. Applied only (my updated (as of 11-29)) EO on before I left. Applied 5 drops EO.. 1 to each ear lobe 1 to each side of neck and 1 to back of neck At work the results were phenomenal. The whole day my male coworkers (same from yesterday) were totally friendly and kind and made a lot of eye contact, borderline Dihling me. This was quite the contrast from yesterday’s results. One of them kept totally finding opportunities to have conversations with me, the other was joking and asking me for help. Also, the lady customers were super attracted, virtually all gave me a lot of eye contact, some Dihls, some double takes and look backs, even the males were pretty much doing the same. People seemed to generally be in a good mood but not super happy and chipper but like a relaxed happiness. Even I myself felt the effects, really in a good mood and focused and ready to work. Didn’t really get much interaction from the female coworkers because we hardly crossed each other’s paths and they were busy elsewhere. **Conclusion** Continence really does seem to alter ones phero signature which appears also to alter that person’s demeanor and attitude. My guess would be self effects of their own signature. (Which begs the question… If the race code theory is true, could this explain certain behaviors that are attributed to certain races of people?) My EO mix is coming along just nicely as I expected it to. I’ve been strategically adding more and more different essential oils to render the effects I’d like to see and it appears the mix is doing just that. ---

I have never thought about the whole continence thing what so ever in regards to what we are doing? I find the EO is just as powerful as the pheromones to and works very well on all ages and men, and women. So my signature mix I use along with Mix 2 is 4.5ML of Hedione/7 drops Ylang/3 rops synthetic musk fragrance oil. I put it in a 5ML roll on bottle and I find I can spread more around and use less. I will typically do a 2 full circles around the ear and then about 4 swipes to back of each hand, I am using about 1/2-3/4 of a dab equivalent. good work as always! ---

Somehow I want to take my blended mix of the Orange, Rose, Neroli, and jasmine and be able to use Ylang and Hedione in a mix. I don’t know how to dial it in just right as far as ratios and all and have some work with it. I am open to suggestions to. I want to keep the mix pure if I can and add no DPG or anything to it, but I might have to. ---

I have found the pure Hedione to really punch my pheromones scent wise and get have got a lot of compliments about the S.Ammo scent with pure Hedione verse my roll on mix. > > Somehow I want to take my blended mix of the Orange, Rose, Neroli, and jasmine and be able to use Ylang and Hedione in a mix. I don’t know how to dial it in just right as far as ratios and all and have some work with it. I am open to suggestions to. I want to keep the mix pure if I can and add no DPG or anything to it, but I might have to. I have worried about the smell also but what I’ve found is that if I put a higher ratio of Orange scent to the others, it will over power it and then it blends well with the pheromones because of the neroli, basically close to the same scent. Yeah interestingly I just recently read (from a diy perfumers forum) that Hedione boosts the scents of other essential oils. I’ve also been reading recently that with regards to essential oils and aromatherapy, essential oils are actually quite potent. Like it is recommended to only have about 2-12% essential oil to 88-98% carrier oil. That’s a big difference then putting on some pure Jasmine or Ylang Ylang. At those dosages the scent should not actually be an issue no matter what you mix with what. So it seems to me that these essential oils can be worn in much smaller dosages and still get good results. I’m already in the process of testing this, as I’ve been adding more apricot kernel oil to my essential oils. ---

**iL Test** (from my index) 12-2 Woke up after full nights rest, showered yesterday evening, same diet lately, continence \<1 day, didn’t shower or eat this morning, sprayed mones and went to work. Sprayed: 1 spray ANone 2.5 MCG 1 spray ERone 2.5 MCG 1 spray A-Nol 2.5 MCG 1 spray IH Togo 1x 1 spray TAC 10 MCG 3 sprays P95 5 MCG each 2 sprays Hedione Several sprays TB to clothes _(ENone, eRone, and Anol layered on Adam’s apple.. IH left side Adam’s apple.. TAC right side Adam’s apple.. P95, 1 each side of neck, 1 below right side of neck.. Hedione sides of neck below P95..)_ Went to work about 45 minutes later.. At work things were about as normal as they usually would be.. However, my coworkers were nice and friendly and talkative, no one was standoffish. I looked out for iOis from the lady customers and they came. A caught some good eye contact and on some occasions Dihling. What was also interesting though was when women would get near me they began to linger. They would just stay around me for longer than would be normal with no mones. The women I did speak with were super friendly and i wasn’t in the friendliness mood myself. I was quite tired and nonchalant, I didn’t really feel like talking to anybody and could hardly pull off a smirk when engaged. Yet women were still pretty happy and smiley around me. On one occasion, I was helping a lady customer out, 30s slim and fit brunette Caucasian with her two babies with her, very beautiful 8 or 9. The whole time I was assisting her she was super friendly and lit up. I had to hand something to her and I deliberately tried to hand it to her in a fashion that would make it unnecessary for her to touch my hand, yet she reached for it and purposefully (consciously or unconsciously) brushed my hand as she grabbed it. Again there was absolutely NO reason for doing this I made sure of it myself. As the day pressed on I didn’t find myself interacting with many people. My demeanor caused me to shelter myself doing some tasks away from most of my coworkers and the general public so not much to test.. I’d also like to add that the 20s Hispanic cutie I work with that shuns me all the time seemed to respond a little bit to this mix. I caught her occasionally looking my way. **Conclusion** I’m convinced now this mix is designated solely for one on ones and small groups. It seems it really came out strong in my college courses, perhaps because the subjects would be exposed to the mones for long period of time letting the mix work it’s effects. However, one of the great benefits I saw with this mix was its incredible kino effects, and the fact it drew women to me, as I saw today. Women seemed drawn to where I was and wanted to stay there and would even feel totally comfortable touching when it absolutely was unnecessary. The creation of this mix was a classroom setting and I noted how women were drawn to me from various places in the classroom and came and wanted to work solely with me on assignments even though they had their own partners. And this has never happened to me my whole life. They also treated me like I was a genius superstar constantly complimenting me on my great answers and ideas. They also would constantly ask me for help even the smart ones. And the kino was strong. More occasion than once the women would ask to look at my work then would walk up from behind me and lean over my shoulder placing their breasts right on my shoulder, I could feel them very well. This is why I think it’s a better small setting indoors mix. It seems it needs to permeate for a while and there has to be a reason for communication in the first place. Perhaps also an office job as well where people all sit near each other for long periods of the day. My job requires me to move around the building so this simply almost never happens. I really like this mix but I’m finding it might be a waste to test in the wrong setting for how much product is required. ---

EO spread on both earlobes, behind both earlobes and on back of neck..)_ I’ve been a little under the weather so I can’t really smell the mones and I feel like I’m not really getting any self effects. However I do feel pretty energized and in a good mood to get stuff done. After about 20 minutes I started feeling a real IDGAF persona creeping on. A little tunnel vision began to set in as well. A kind of carefree mood overall. I get to work about 45 minutes later. When I get there there is a fairly new girl, early twenties Hispanic cute and chubby 5 or 6 and she usually doesn’t react to me or my mones much but she actually opened up and asked me for help, to which I have her help and the words slid off my tongue with ease. My supervisor twenties Hispanic male was totally friendly with me and kind and made great eye contact as well. Again when he spoke I respire cater my response with it rolling off the tongue. As I proceeded to get settled in I felt my presence like I was above others. It was as if I didn’t have a care in the world and could speak my mind to anyone at anytime. The rest of the work day was pretty good, people were really friendly and made good eye contact but nothing was ever Dihl or true iOis. After about 2 hours the results changed and less people were showing any hits at all. My guess is the short life of the P133 having died off. **Conclusion** This mix seemed to produce a great deal of the IDGAF factor and yet people seemed very interested in talking to me yet no real sexual pull was seen IMO. Also the mix didn’t last long because of the short life of the P133. ---

**EO test** _..as of 12-7_ 12-7 Came home after work showered and ate usual diet. Continence \<1 day. Applied.. 2 drops EO, 1 to each ear 2 sprays Hedione, to either sides of neck Few spritz TB on clothes Headed out shopping.. At the store I felt super energized like I took a stimulant. I was hurrying around the store like a fresh cup of joe. I was actually getting a good amount of looks my way from women of various ages and races, 1 actually DIHL’d (a early twenties Hispanic employee). The EO seemed to work wonderfully. When at the checkout the clerk (40s Hispanic women) and I made quite good conversation, more than I’d usually would. The scent wasn’t too bad, still seems a bit strong. Perhaps I should dilute it even more.
