**My Essential Oil Mix** _ **…as of 11-22** _.. _75% Apricot Kernel Oil 9 Drops Jasmine 13 Drops Ylang Ylang 9 Drops Vetiver 48 Drops ‘Panic Button’ (Lavender, Rose, Lemon, [Neroli](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/androtics-neroli/), Orange) 150 Drops Sweet Orange 27 Drops Black Pepper 20 Drops Clove 20 Drops Nutmeg_ _ **…as of 11-29** _ - 20 drops Rosemary - 20 drops Texas Cedarwood _ **…as of 12-1** _ - 20 drops Texas Cedarwood Also, added 100% more Apricot oil, so the EO portion is half the strength. (The previous one was too strong and the cedar appeared to cause too much of an diuretic and expectorant effect.. Also been reading the EOs only need to be about 2-12% of the total concentration) _ **…as of 12-2** _ _87.5% Apricot Kernel Oil 9 Drops Jasmine 13 Drops Ylang Ylang 9 Drops Vetiver 48 Drops ‘Panic Button’ (Lavender, Rose, Lemon, Neroli, Orange) 150 Drops Sweet Orange 27 Drops Black Pepper 20 Drops Clove 20 Drops Nutmeg 20 drops Rosemary 40 drops Texas Cedarwood_ Ok so tested this one **^** for a while and though it was very potent in its effects on myself and others, it was far too harsh. The smell was too intense and smelled too much of black pepper and clove and nutmeg. The harshness often caused headaches in myself and a friend told me they could really smell the black pepper. After much study I realized that EO mixes for wearing generally are only a few percentage compared to the carrier oils. So because of this I’ve decided to scrap it and start over… And also to keep the more floral and citrus smelling scents in higher concentrations compared to the harsher woody scents. **New EO 12-7..** This is the EO portion to which I took 100 drops of and mixed with 1 oz almond oiL. “SP” 10 drops Rosemary 10 drops Texas Cedarwood 10 drops vetiver 10 drops clove bud 10 drops nutmeg 10 drops black pepper 35 drops Ylang Ylang 50 drops Jasmine oil 150 drops sweet orange 200 drops panic button (Lavender, lemon, mandarin, rose, neroli) A few hours later, added more almond oil to bring the total mix to 1.5oz. **12-21-16** So this mix above is way too harsh, even mixes at 100 parts to 2 oz. So I decide to take it and make it into this.. “LP” Added 1/2 oz carrier + 5 drops SP + 5 drops Ylang + 5 drops Jasmine + 5 sweet orange + 20 panic button **New scent 1-10-17** 2 drops clove 2 drops nutmeg 10 drops Jasmine 10 drops sweet orange 10 drops panic button 30% EO 70% carrier The last several mixes have been not so potent in effects probably due to the high dilution, which I did in an attempt to combat the harsh scent. This time I’m looking to decrease the dilution.
