So I thought I would start up a journal to track my progress through my journey with mones. I haven’t recieved any of my mones yet but will be tracking this week to make myself aware of what hits I get to use it as a control for my mone experiments. I will be starting off with A134 once that arrives in the next week or so. I will be doing limited opening over the next few weeks will be concerntrating on the effects of mones and noticing more IOI’s **No Mones** **DAY 1** 1. HB5 mum (Not my type) in petrol station multiple looks and extended eye contact and smiles. Brief Hi on way into the petrol station . 2. HB6 & 7 (Not to bad had walked away by the time I parked my car). Multiple looks and smiles with a little hair play. 3. H6 asian. Multiple looks and extended eye contact with a smile \*\*DAY 2 **Enviroment** - \*\*Clubs(Only going to record sets that were opened as there was way to many other obvious hits). I know I said I wasn’t going to open but I was on form tonight so couldn’t help it. 1. eye contact, hair play etc from HB7 brunette openned with light kino then had to go 2. Opened by hb7 english and hb4 english, Lots of IOI’s, number and k-closed closed hb7 english 3. opened by 3 x hb6 and hb7 breif chat and a few IOI’s 4. HB7 hen opened because I loved the hat she had on lots of IOI’s and light arm touching from her. 5. HB7.5 dressed as a naughty cop. Opened to try on her hat (me and a mate had a competition going) eye contact, light arm touching by her, she whipped me a few times then I whipped her back, playful flirty vibe 6. HB9 brunette got eye contact then opened a few sets near her (Some good IOI’s from them) .she keep trying to dance with me waited till she was literally grinding me then started dancing with her. k-closed then got pulled home by my mate (as he was driving) Also noticed guys giving me a lot of respect. Moving out of the way for me, buying me drinks etc (and no we did not go to any gay clubs 😛 ) Will be very interesting to see what difference mones will make to a night like this (Could well have done with a bit of ammo or tuth and some IS). Will do more in depth reports on hits etc once I start testing my mones 🙂 **DAY 3** Spent around the house doing chores and recovering from the night before so no hits today of course. **DAY 4** Just started so no hits yet. No real hits on day 4 but ran some mones experiments once they arrived. ---

**Day 1 with [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/)** Wow if I was ever a doubter I am now a believer. Couldn’t help but trying a mix to start. Finding the sweet spot will start tomorrow first off with A314 This evening was: 2-3xA314 (took me a while to figure out how to get it out of the bottle - as I said I was tired) 3xIO (Thanks for the gift 🙂 ) **Self effects** absolutely amazing!! felt a serge of confidence and this was after feeling a bit self concious today (for the first time in a long time). Also started to feel really awake and a great need to talk to everyone. side effects lasted 1-2 hours **Effects on others** Noticed my brother who has a high value by most peoples standards was asking me for help and guidence and I couldn’t shut him up (Never usually happens). Noticed my other brother ignore me a little (so may have od’d) but he appologised as he has got lots of study to do. didn’t manage to get to any other enviroments so no further results. **Conclusion** Think I may have Od’ed on the A314 so cutting down to start at 1 drip. ---

**Day 2 with pheromones** Today was: 2xA314 (Accidentally put two drips on) - one on wrist, one on neck **Self effects** Slight confidence boost but nothing like yesterday. Could have been due to how I was feeling this morning (a bit ill and tired) or could have been due to the fact I wasn’t using any IO (Will come to a conclusion after further experimentation). Noticed a slight headache (again could have been due to the fact I was tired). side effects again lasted 1-2 hours **Effects on others** On the drive into work I car pool with someone. I noticed he was always asking me questions and getting me to validate everything. Have never noticed this before with him. Got into work and went out for a coffee (Had an older women giving me IOI’s and open me). Noticed the younger girls (20-30 range) ignoring me a little more than usual. Went back up to work with a little bit of ghosting from people in the work place will see how this progresses throughout the day. Another strange thing I noticed was on the elevator ride up a guy who never ever talks to anyone was just chatting away to me. **Conclusion** So far conclusion is that 2 drips may be a little strong for what I’m after (Girls in the 20-25 range) but it seemed ok with a social mixed in last night. So will cut back to 1 drips tomorrow and see what the results show. I also gave a mate to sprays of TOGO IO so will be interesting to see what his results come back like ---

**Day 3 with pheromones** Today was: 1xA314 - one spread accross neck, wrists and chest **Self effects** No very noticable self effects but also no headache to which was great. Did notice an improvement in my posture though. Slightly more confident as well but nothing like day 1. Another self effect I just noticed was when I was having a phone conversation with a good friend (who was quite angry and aggitated about a decision I had made) I seemed to keep a very calm confident assertive manner about me. She later appologised for getting angry. Definately made me notice I was alpha in that situation where as I would have been very beta before that. The self effects definately seem to be very sutble changes overall but do make a big difference. Improved posture lasted 5 hours. So possible this was not attributed to the mones **Effects on others** No car pool today so no one to test on there. Went into work as usual with absolutely no noticable differences until meeting time came. Was sitting in the meeting and when I talked everyone hung off every single word. Also laughed at things I said that weren’t funny also had the guy next to me seek approval on his phone. Then on lift ride back down from work everyone cleared the way for me. Then started qualifying themselves to me (These are people I never talk to). No obvious hits from women but that was what I expected from this mone. **Conclusion** I’m pretty sure I found my sweet spot today. Absolutely no negative side effects and no ghosting either. People tended to respect me and my opinions a lot more which is exactly what I expected this mone to do. Will be keeping at 1 drip from now on but will start testing some of my IO tomorrow or try some A314 under my nose to try for more noticable self effects. Unless my ammo comes through 😛 I will be travelling on a plane and going out to dinner tomorrow so will have to make sure I don’t OD on anything 🙂 Also due to the fact I am away I will probably not be posting any reports until monday. ---

I’m glad you are finding your sweet spot first, most people do not have the patience for it and end up wasting a lot of product. Alpha a314 and IO should be a good combo for you. ---

I love hearing this Jimbobs, hey when the lady realize that you still maintain your calm and collective manner. You up _your valve_ because you didn’t get all flaky; noticed she retracted, because you didn’t response in a negative manner. That’s so important we can’t be move by our emotions **unneedlessly. For** , some things are only test just to see how you’ll response. Not saying that you where tested in this situation, however the point is… you handle yourself smoothly. “That’s what I’m talking about”🙂…DHV. ---

Thanks guys. Had a bit of a play mixing while I was away with some pretty good results (but I’m now back to finding my sweet spot). Yea that was definately a DHV pity theres still one girl who I can’t do that to (but thats deeper issues than mones which im working on at the moment). Ok so **Day 4 with phermones:** Today was: 2xA314 2xAmmo 2xCTTM (To-go) 3xIS (To-go) **Self effects** : The IS seemed to lighten and improve my mood a lot which was great as I wasn’t in the best mood. Also seemed to be a lot more chatty than usual. **Effects on others:** Started off in the morning when the cleaner came around and seemed a lot chatter than usual (She is usually pretty quiet). From there I went up to flight center (travel agent). All the ladies there were very chatty and were holding onto every word I said as if there were waiting for me to keep talking. Also noticed they laughed at everything I said even if it wasn’t funny. I then went out to the airport to catch my flight to auzzie. While standing in line I had an hb6 start randomly rubbing my arm. She that great looking but this sort of stuff never happens to me usually without some sort of interaction. She then proceeded to start rubbing my back telling me it was time to move forward in the line. On boarding the plane noticed one of the flight attendants (HB 8.5) giving me some IOI’s (eye contact, hair play etc) she also greated me with ‘hey gorgeous’ and didn’t seem to greet anyone else with that. Thought this may have just been in her nature but then went to sit down and got a DIHL from the flight attendant and everytime she would walk past me she would either rub my arm or drop something and bend over to get it sticking her ass right in my face/chest (even grabbed it a couple of times with no complaints). So this was a definate hit. Noticed the guy next to me giving me some weird looks throughout this (Had a bit of a laugh). Then went out to jupiters in australia with lots of eye contact and smiles from all the girls around. Didn’t act cause I was with a friends parents. No more blatant hits today. **Conclusion:** Good mix here. Had the best hits I have ever had on mones so far. Will have to give this another try once I have sorted out my sweet spots. ---

**Day 5 on with pheromones** Today was 2 x ammo (trying to find my sweet spot here) **Self effects:** No real self effects here. Although I did notice I was a little bit more sexually suggestive so far. **Effects on others:** No noticable effects on others. Although due to my sexually suggestive nature on ammo managed to get a girl a little interested on msn. **Conclusion** Wasn’t in the best mood today so may not have been a valid test. But upping to 3 sprays tomorrow and will see what happens ---

Thanks man was an absolutely awesome flight (that really cheered me up out of my bad mood 😃 ). Definately going to give that mix another go once I’ve done some more sweet spot testing **Day 6 on with pheromones** Today was 3 x ammo (trying to find my sweet spot here) **Self effects:** No real self effects here. Although I did notice I was a fair bit more sexually suggestive. **Effects on others:** No noticable effects on others yet but no ghosting. So will see how the rest of the day goes on it. **Conclusion** I think 2 x ammo may be my sweet spot as no noticable hits from 3 x ammo **Night** Went out tonight. 2 x ammo 1 x A314 (Behind the ears this time seemed to make a difference) 2 x IS (To-go) 2 X CTTM (To-go) **Self Effects** Felt pretty chatty and generally in a good mood. amazing after I had just seen my ex with a new man. **Effects on others** Went out to pick up my good mate to head off to a bar that my other mate runs. Got to his place and he seemed just as chatty as usual. We then went off to the bar. Only two HB’s in the whole bar :S knew both of them because we had gone out to town a few weeks earlier. HB6 starts of with I know you, you were the pimp in town the other week, you had all the ladies all over you (Nice little ego boost 😛 ) she then proceeds to start smelling me commenting on how good I smell. Definately a hit from her but she has a boyfriend and is good mates with one of my good mates so didn’t take it any further. Then got a few IOI’s from HB8 (Good eye contact, some light touching) but she was so drunk she couldn’t even stand up. So decided to leave that one as well. The rest of the night went pretty dull as they were the only HB’s in the bar the whole night but had some awesome chats with some of the guys in there. **Conclusion** This is definately a mix I want to try out in town one night as it seems to get some pretty good hits. Might try adding in 1 x TUTH instead of the 2 x ammo to add a more sexually suggestive tone to it. ---

**Day 7 on phermones** Today was 1 x ammo 2 x CTTM (To-go) 1 x A314 (Behind the ears) 2 x IS (To-go) **Self effects** IS livened me up a bit much needed after my late night drinking session last night. **Effects on others** Had NLP this morning but no noticable effects on the therapist. Just afterwards my ex told me she never wanted to see, talk or anything with me again she just wanted me gone. Usually this would have destroyed me but I just said cool I’m gone, pretty sure this was because of the NLP though. I then went up on the elevator feeling pretty good about myself. Got IOI’s from an HB9.5!! eye contact, touching her hair etc. Had a bit of a chat before she got off. definate hit there. Will update later in the day ---

Had **NLP** this morning but no noticable effects on the therapist. Well ended up taking a couple of weeks off but am now feeling more centered than ever. Helped by continuing therapy and NLP. I’ve been trying out my club mix the last couple of weeks with a few mixed results (Partially from me drinking to much 😛 ) **Club Mix** 2 x CTTM 1 x A314 2 x [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) 2 x IS **Self effects:** Have not noticed any self effects off mones lately. Might think of taking a few days off soon. **Effects on others:** Ok so with my club mix I’ve had a wide variety of hits lately. First hit was my mates GF (Not what I wanted) getting really touchy with me and trying to show me her tits then up on the dance floor she couldn’t stop grinding on me. Next hit was a blonde HB8 (Would have been a 9 but I’m not a blonde guy). Good guy contact touching her hair moved right up close to me having a bit of a dance but I got pulled out of that club. No further hits that night as I was just way to drunk and stumbling and slurring my words (Not going out clubbing like that ever again). The next week went out with a few of the PUA’s I know (This time completely sober). Opened a few sets noticing some pretty good eye contact and kino from a few of the HB5’s but not the HB8 or HB9 friends I was after. Left that club and went to meet up with my brother at another. Got hit on by the gay guy at the door :S but at least I got free door entry. Then started getting IOI’s (Touching hair, eye contact, smiling like I’ve never seen her smile before etc.) galore from my brothers ex (She hadn’t seen me in a while). My brother then goes on to tell me how hes trying to set up our mate with her. So I let the IOI’s go and just have a bit of a dance, the whole time she grinding up against me while I’m trying to open this other girl and our mates trying to dance with the girl thats grinding up against me. I then decide to leave as I have an early start in the morning. Later my brother tells me how she keep telling him that she only wanted to dance with me and not our mate. Pretty sure all of that was because of the ammo as I had been a bit out of state the last few weeks. **Conclusions** Ammo seems to work great on girls you already have some repport with. Overall not a bad club mix and seems to work well on slutty girls but might try adding some more socials in there. Would love to add some P83 into the mix once that gets released again. Almost out of my to-go bottles now so will need to do a bit more ordering. ---

Well I’m back after a long time with the girlfriend. She got really angry at me for using mones and had to delete my journal so time to start a new one. What I’ve got at present A314 TUTH IO Going to have to do a restock at some point in the near future Products used A314 X 1 Spread behind both ears IO X 1 Sprayed on neck Environment Work/Coffee shop Self effects Sense of confidence increased with a greater desire to chat to people Effects on others Everyone seemed a bit more chatty and some IOI 's around as well. Girl in coffee shop was a bit more chatty than usual and gave me a semi DIHL type look. Also lots of other girls flicking hair and glancing over. Had one weird experience where a guy on the street just started chatting to me and he wouldn’t shut up until I had to go back into the office ---

Products used A314 X 2 Spread behind both ears Environment Work/Coffee shop Self effects Sense of confidence increased followed by depressed state later on in the day Effects on others Walked into the coffee shop and everyone went quiet almost instantly. Girl behind counter said hi but almost seemed nervous around me. Ordered my coffee then sat down to wait for it. Girl sitting along from me was flicking her hair like it was going out of fashion. glancing over at me every so often only to glance away quickly again. Possibly need to add some socials in here as a buffer. Weird thing is a year and a bit ago I was getting great results with 3 drops now two seems a little to much. Walking out guys seemed to pay me a lot of respect saying hi and almost trying to talk up to me. At work colleges were generally asking me more questions and apologizing to me more. It was like everyone was almost intimidated by me but there were definitely some hits in there. I also witnessed the power of A314. I was going into a hypnosis session (A free one which was cool). Sat down feeling confident. When the hypnotist came up quite a good looking lady She asked what I wanted to work on today. I said getting over my ex and confidence around others. She said but you seem like such a confident guy. We preceded to talk and she keep giggling at everything I had to say and then commented i’m so sorry this is so unprofessional of me. She keep rubbing her hand up my leg and finding any excuse to touch me. I found this odd she also kept commenting on how good looking I was and how the girls will be lining up to go out with me. As well as this there were other IOI’s. Extremely dialated pupils, bending over showing me her cleavage, running her had through her hair etc. Now I realize a lot of this can be due to her trying to build comfort as a hypnotist but some of it (Touching me, dialated pupils, giggling) goes well beyond the call of duty 😉 I’ve come to the conclusion that A314 works great if a) you have never met the girl before b) have a more indepth conversation than just a few words Kind of disappointed I didn’t leave her my number as she was cute and I felt a connection there but oh well plenty more time ---

So hypnotherapist from yesterday messages me asking if i want to catch up today and if i want to come to her birthday in a few weeks. If i wasnt a believer in A314 before i am now **Products used** A314 X 1 Spread behind both ears **Environment** Work/Coffee shop **Self effects** Sense of confidence increased followed by depressed state later on in the day. Not as much as yesterday though **Effects on others** Mainly lots of smiles from girls. Have found that A314 seems to have a very good effect on asian girls. People were generally warm and friendly and showed me a lot of respect. Also a few comments of you look so good and confident from people I know. Not quite to sure whether one or two drops is best but two seemed a little to much for everyone but asian girls. Last night went well. Lots of flirting, touching, holding hands etc. won’t be taking it any further as she is married and has been for 8 years The TUTH seemed to get her a bit friskier was interesting as soon as I picked her up she was touching me and playing with her hair as the night drew on this lead to her holding my hand and cuddling as well as becoming my girlfriend and wife for the night. Got her to smell the TUTH by asking her if she could lean in and smell this unique fragrance I got made for me in Paris then asking her what she thought she said ‘OMG it smells gorgeous’ Lots of compliments from her as well you are so attractive, if only I didn’t have a husband, you have amazing eyes etc So all up a good night but can’t take it any further due to her being married. Seemed like a weird reaction to TUTH. Also later on felt a slight agitation and like my confidence had dropped a fair amount **Effects on others** Well pretty obvious I OD’d a bit here girls tended to be intimidated, like they would be chatting to my brother and I would walk up and they would just stop suddenly and almost become very nervous. Caught up with my mate and his girlfriend and she was playing with her hair constantly and twirling it and trying to avoid my gaze. The few girls that did really talk to me paid me complements like I was this suave guy that was far to good for them commenting on my amazing shirt and shoes and getting quite chatty (I was wearing pretty damn nice shoes and shirt though). In conclusion 2 x TUTH = way to much for a mall by itself. Going to have to give 1 x TUTH a go.
