So been off for a couple of days after I found out that my ex had been a prostitute for the last 3 months of our relationship. Kinda fucked me up a little but anyway back to the mones **Products used** IO X 1 left side of neck TUTH X 1 Right side of neck A314 X 1 spread behind ears and jaw line **Environment** Work/Coffee shop **Self effects** Increased confidence and chattyness as well as a bit of flirty behavior on my part. As always followed by depression later on in the day **Effects on others** Well as usual went in to get my morning coffee. Coffee girl #1 seemed a lot chattier and flirty this morning. Walked in and the guy that usually serves me said hi and Coffee girl #1 thought he had said hi babes she keep giving me shit about this in a playful way. Playing with her hair a lot and got a few stares and smiles. She now calls me babes. There was also a new coffee girl in there as well. She was quite quiet almost seemed she was intimidated by me she keep taking a quick peak then glancing away and smiling, she was also playing with her hair a lot. More to come as day progresses 😛 So far conclusion is this mix worked well on the people I knew a little bit but on new people made them seem a little intimidated I think the mix of A314 with TUTH during the day needs a little more a buffer rather than just IO ---

So yesterday **Products used** IO X 2 Sprayed to neck TUTH X 1 Sprayed to chest **Environment** Work/Coffee shop **Self effects** Not a lot actually didn’t even notice I was chatty. Basically just felt a bit down and tired **Effects on others** Pretty bad. Most likely due to my overall demeanor and the fact I was tired. Everyone seemed to avoid me a bit and didn’t seem like they wanted to chat. Usually downstairs at the coffee shop the people that serve me want to have a bit of a chat but today nothing. Was a very weird experience even people at work didn’t want to talk at all. I think this may have been because they were getting used to my A314 signature and this was the first day I hadn’t worn it around. ---

Today **Products used** A314 X 1 Spread between ears and upper lip IH to go X 1 Sprayed to front of neck **Environment** Work/Coffee shop **Self effects** Noticed the confidence increase as per usual. A lot more focus at work more than it usually gives which is weird as I was tired this morning. Also as per usual ensuing depressed type feeling later on in the afternoon. Wish I didn’t get that feeling else A314 would be great. **Effects on others** Noticed people where a bit more open and willing to help. Had the usual coffee shop Hi’s and a bit of small talk. One thing that was awesome was I was walking out of the coffee shop and an ex All Black (Our national rugby team) was blocking my way he moved and said sorry. Now I have seen this guy before and never got this sort of reaction from him it was a respect hit this time and this guy is very looked up to across the country. That one kind of made my day and made me realize the effect of A314. Also at work people were generally a bit more chatty and had some good conversations. Also people were asking me for even more advice than usual. I work in management and usually have to give a fair bit of advice but today people were asking for it left right and center. ---

Seemed to almost wake me up a little putting it on as well **Effects on others** Coffee shop seemed very much the same as usual maybe even a little quieter today. No obvious hits but there was general respect there though. I think the fact I wasn’t feeling the best would have shone through a little and contributed to me being pretty in congruent all around. Was running a meeting today as well. General feel of the meeting was people were asking me a lot more questions than usual as well as keeping quiet while I talked in a way almost hanging onto every word. Was quite interesting. There was only constructive comments thrown around and not the usual sinister remarks. At the end people even came up and congratulated me on my presentation and told me how we needed thinkers like myself. Which is a vast difference from usual **Conclusion** I’m pretty sure my sweet spot for A314 is two drops now. I’ve noticed that girls tend to get a little intimidated even when buffers are applied but guys at work and work in general seems to go a lot better with it on ---

NICE! I’ve also seen that effect as well when I wear A314. When you mention ‘hanging on every word’, when I speak, others are intent on listening to every last word! It can get a little scary, if you’re not used to that kind of attention. However, if you have the cajones to back it up, then that A314 vibe works excellently when directing others! You sir, have the cajones to wear A314! Congrats! 🙂 . ---

Thanks Alpha1 Agree completely you got to be very congruent with A314 I’ve found. Works well for me in work situations where I have absolute confidence in my ability and it enhances my work to no end. Still got to work on getting that congruence in social situations especially around women. Another thing I’ve been wondering lately which might be an interesting test is the long term effects of A314. Whether it can be used to change personality permanently as the self effects do make you more confident and secure I wonder if long term use could make that change permanent. On a side note I got my delivery of my new mones today was great to see I got some MX428 in there as well. The only downside was my [MX297](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/mx297/) had half leaked out on the ride over ☹ So my new arsenal is AMMO heavy duty IS normal MX297 MX428 Also picked up a new 15ml dropper and 30ml bottle with spray top to play with some A1 at some point. Will post on today mix shortly ---

So todays mix Ammo Heavy duty x 2 IS x 3 [MX297](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/mx297/) X 3 All I can say about this mix is WOW!! **Products used** Ammo Heavy duty x 2 IS x 3 MX297 X 3 **Environment** Work/Coffee shop/Bank **Self effects** I was tired but after I put this mix on I felt like I was walking on cloud nine like nothing could phase me. This is probably the best mix I have ever tried. Thanks Thundercat for the mix. I came into work in a very chatty mood and everyone seemed to reciprocate. After around 3 hours I started to feel a bit more reserved but this was probably due to the fact I was tired more than anything else. This is the one mix that had more self effects than A314 **Effects on others** Where do I start with this never seen anything quite like this before from mones unless it was with someone I knew. So started off first by going into the coffee shop. The usual hellos in there with nothing to out of the ordinary apart from a lot of playing with hair by the girls in there. Next was on to work. I felt like I was in a very chatty mood so was talking to everyone at work. There was some respect hits but not like you get with A314 but everyone just seemed to want to talk to me. One weird thing I noticed was my manager actually seemed a bit agitated by me (This never usually happens not even with A314). Not exactly to sure what happened here. So next I went down to the bank. Went up to the cashier who was pretty good looking but not really my type. So I ask if I can deposit the cash get the deposit slip and am about to leave when she asks me what I’m up to today. This leads into a half hour conversation about what shes doing with her life ,where shes studying, where she lives, the fact she doesn’t have a boyfriend etc. The whole time shes giggling away to stuff that I didn’t even find that funny, touching my hand over a bank counter, Complimenting me, Always bringing up the fact that I’m a manager and must have great leadership skills. I was literally struggling to get away. I’m pretty sure if I hadn’t excused myself she would have kept talking for an hour or so. The whole time there’s a massive line building up behind me. Now I’m pretty sure I could have quite easily got this girls number but as I said she wasn’t really my type and I was a little blown away by the effect of this mix. Going to have to do some more testing before I draw any conclusions but WOW this mix is amazing ---

So last nights mix Ammo Heavy duty x 1 chest IS x 3 back and sides of neck [MX297](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/mx297/) X 2 wrists A314 X 1 behind ears and jaw line TUTH heavy duty X 1 later in the night Exceeds itself once again one of my best nights out in a long time **Products used** Ammo Heavy duty x 1 IS x 3 MX297 X 2 A314 X 1 **Environment** Bars **Self effects** This combination gave amazing self effects first off the MX297 added some chattiness in there and the A314 added some confidence and dominance in there. Everything just seemed some easy and smooth this all seemed to work in so well with the enviroment and the fact I knew 50+ people in the bar. Everything seemed so easy for me whether it be chatting to random guys or chatting to girls. Was just as easy as eye contact, smile, walk up keeping eye contact, shake hand and ‘Hi my name is xxx’ The A314 mixed with the MX297 seemed to fit my personality well as I do have a bit of an alpha/confident personality (now didn’t use to) but am also quite chatty so I seemed very congruent in this setting which I don’t if I just wear A314 alone. MX297 seems like a great MX and very easy to steer as the user sees fit **Effects on others** Well this was an amazing experience to say the least I walked into the bar and girls were just staring (This never happens to me) I’m just an average looking guy whos a little overweight. It was almost like they had seen someone famous even our political candidates was getting less attention then I was. This must have been due to the self effects and the feeling of confidence it gave me as the mones can’t have reached as far as some of the girls that were steering. Everything just seemed so easy and felt so right the combination of the mones, alcohol, social proof, enviroment and the sheer number of gorgeous women there seemed to fit together really well. People I hadn’t seen in a while were commenting on how different I seemed, How confident I seemed and how they had never seen this side of me before. They were in pure shock how I could casually walk up to people and start chatting. The highlight of the night for me was when I saw a girl from school (a long time ago) who used to ignore me and I was always to scared to talk to her. So I walked up to her and started chatting to her soon enough she was giving me a big hug and telling me i’m looking soooo good. She was giving me plenty of IOI’s and basically didn’t want to stop talking to me asking question after question. This was from a girl I had never spoke to before and the one all the guys at school wanted to date. This for me was a huge boost in confidence. Basically the rest of the time at that bar was spent talking to various groups of mates, girls and randoms all the time getting respect hits from guys (The bit A314 seemed to help here) and IOIs from girls I then went out to another bar as one of my mates said he had two really hot girls for us to meet up with and he wanted one of them (I thought cool got to wing a mate) So we went along nether of them were my type at all and I didn’t find them attractive but stayed chatting for a bit anyway to help my mate out. I then got a bit drunk and remembered I had TUTH and A314 in my pocket and made the silly decision of putting on another 1 x A314 and TUTH X 1. This turned out to give me a bit of ghosting but I was still getting the odd stare and smile and opened a few girls (I was way to drunk at this stage to really have any game what so ever). Then out of the blue the girl my mate was trying to hook up with pulled me up to dance she was grinding on me and trying to hook up with me, I literally had to beat her off as she wouldn’t give in. She was asian and I’m from what I have seen with other asians is they seem to love the high -none content of mixes like A314 and TUTH while other caucasin girls seem to get imtimidated by it. I’m guessing this has to do with the culture differences and asian women generally being a lot more submissive. So in conclusion MX297 = Pure awesomeness if steered in the right way and finding what works for you. For me in social situations A314 by its self is a little incongruent at present but add in MX297 and some sexual steering and it works a treat.
