So I have an interesting situation… I’ve worked in a restaurant for like 3 years. I just got hired by a family friend at this expensive, fancy boutique kind of store thing. A really hippy kind of place, mostly just expensive clothes and hemp stuff. Really, a relaxing change from constant chaos I’m used to job-wise. Only thing I’m wondering about is the fact that besides me, a 6’3’’ well-built college kid, the only people that work there are really, really hot kinda-hippy chicks. Two are late 20’s (my two bosses pretty much) and three other girls early-twenties. They’re all super nice, and it’s cool working for a boss you’re old friends with, but I’m slightly perturbed about this situation. That’s just… a whirlwind of estrogen and femininity… and I’m just some dude in the middle of it. Basically, what pheros, in your opinion, would be best to ensure that we all get along, nobody gets hypersexualized (4 of these lovely ladies are engaged), and I can basically maintain a friendly, safe, casual atmosphere? I don’t plan on trying anything with any of my coworkers. It’s a really cool job, and I fit the part, but I want to make sure everything just runs… smoothly. Basically, I want a respectable, nonthreatening, friendly kind of vibe. Also… I’m 90% sure they are all on the same cycle. Which could be terrifying. But they might have been messing with me. A1 could save my life. What would you recommend, based one what I have available? ---

I work at a Starbucks inside a grocery store across from a deli and see a girl in the bakery…why do I tell you all of this? Because its like 3:1 chicks in this biz. If you see guys in grocery stores working its usually the meat counter, stocking and management. So lots of women, very few guys and tons of drama I kid you not. My work mix of 2-3d A314 + 1s IH 4x + 1s [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) 2x works really well. I do tweak it with IS on occasion and use a lot of A1. I noticed the drama level in my kiosk dropped significantly when A1 came into play. The mix gives me high status, while maintaining a charismatic follow the leader vibe with ammo, and bonding with IH and A1. Good luck. ---

This is probably going to sound sexist to some females here but it’s something I’ve noticed both before and since using mones. Women tend to be happier and feel more secure in the presence of strong masculinity. Now I don’t suggest instant jerk or anything overtly sexual like that but I’ve noticed that even though I’m not the office manager where I work, since using A314 the female coworkers tend to defer to me and do so pleasantly and eagerly. There’s a sort of calm security that’s been the general mood since I started using. I got a great level of teamwork and cooperation from them when I had MX301, I think it could be either the P74 or P93 or a combination of the two. Of course [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is a great mood lifter and many including myself have been finding a sort of relaxing quality to P130. ---

Ah, great info, thanks guys. Sounds like I’m gonna use alot of A314/IG… probably A1 and IH too. I take it I should stay away from heavy nones… what would you think about, say, a half IJ/ half IG mic like theGentleman posted in another thread? It’d be great to get the confidence/superiority boost from IJ without risking pissing anybody off… what buffers would be best? I’m trying to stay away from IS as it puts me to sleep after two hours 😛. ---

Since -none is polar, it may be best just to stay away from it completely, especially in the form of IJ because of your intended purpose, A314 with socials like IS, IO, and IH ---

I concur with both Rad and P51. While IJ and IG are a great mix, I’m a bit cocky and pull it off without the mix, because I do it in a way that is fun and light, or so they think. 😉 Anyway, you could easily alienate someone if you’re not careful. Stick with IG or A314 for a good strong leadership vibe and toss in some other products to amp it up a bit. Like with IG use some MX390, that’s an amazing mix. Or with A314 anything like IH or IO, IS would work wonders.
