As you can tell (hopefully) by now- I’m a pretty chill, fun having guy, always ready for excitement- right???

So here is where things go bad! I make my first order yesterday WITH OVERNIGHT SHIPPING!! I’m excited as you can imagine 😃…_“tomorrow I will start my journal!!”_ thoughts running all through my head. _“What will the results be like?? Will she respond slow or quick? How amazing will I feel? What new business will I capture?!!!” Yep, I’m on overload. So I sleep (kind of)._

_Wake up in the morning and its a gorgeous day (76 degrees, clear blues, and mildly humid). Shower and prep. Dress for success and a spritz of Aqua Di Gio to top it all off. Wifey crafts the usual espresso and breakfast sandwich. The AD goods will arrive before 10:30- so we chill out and talk before heading into office. Excitement building as I wait._

10:30am comes and goes. Be patient I tell myself- they dont exactly mean before 10:30 justification sets in. I wait.

11:00am comes and goes. Our FedEx guys are pretty reliable and no sight of them yet. I get concerned. Get my tracking# and call the FE number provided. Recording tells me package now scheduled to be delivered NLT 12:00pm. I’m patient and unexcited (\<-- yeah right!!), so I wait.

12:00pm comes. Low and behold FedEx truck nearby downstairs. I go back in chilling out waiting for the delivery.

12:15pm No more truck and no delivery. Huh???😕 Yep you heard me. Nada.

So with the fury of 1000 wet hens, I once again call FE. Recording. I respond with tracking. Recording bores me with options! I firmly say, _“Operator!!”_…“Transferring you to a FedEx representative”, I hear back. A nice lady then gets on the phone, and I immediately begin to explain that I know it is not her fault but _…“I paid for overnight shipping so that I would get it before 10:30am. I wait until 10:30. Nothing!!! Then I’m informed it will be 12:00pm. 12:15pm passes and I still do not have my shipment!!!” This is ridiculous!! Where is my package!!!"😠_ She proceeds to apologize and tell me that the package is in Tennessee (700 miles away) because the plane is having mechanical difficulties. Really??? Overnight Shipping gets me a package that is stuck in Tennessee because FedEx’s plane is broke. To add insult to injury- she suggests that they can have the package delivered on Monday???!!! Freakin Monday?? (In case anyone needs help understanding since FedEx clearly does- Friday to freakin Monday is not OVERNIGHT!! Its OVER3NIGHTS!!! Is that an option!) I calm down and ask her, to find out if there is another plane they have that will get the shipments out today. _“I will have to send a request to Memphis, TN to find out”, she says. “Please do so and call me back”, I respond._

So here I sit (2:30pm)- waiting. Waiting for my beloved Mones ☹ Beginning a journal that otherwise would be fun to read- or at least to write. But instead knowing the truth of the saying:

_“Good things come to those who wait”_- but waiting is the crappy part. I would lighten up and get in a good mood. But that’s stuck in a bottle in freaking Tennessee right now 😕 Help???

Does anyone feel my pain??!!! (If not. Its ok- I’m a big boy 😉 I just needed the rant. LOL.)

Haha chill man you will have them by tomorrow. I know waiting can be hard but stuff like that happens.

By the way, what a time to be alive when people get upset because their orders take two days to deliver from a location thousands of miles away. 😛

Heh, thanks L for the encouragement. As I mentioned. I’m a fairly chill guy as is. It was a moment. It was more about paying money for a guarantee (Overnight Shipping) that isn’t guaranteed. I like “getting what I pay for.” Oh well, was a little frustrated but partially having fun with a rant. Any way I know you understand.

As far as the time we live in- why of course we expect it! LOL… The same way I expect this message will be across the country in CA \< 1 sec of me doing this…

I know what you mean Justin-- me too! So here is what I ended up ordering:

UPDATE:  
After my rant on Friday- I have to tell the good side of the story…

Saturday morning (8:30am) I wake up (after the shipping debacle I experienced on Friday) to the sound of my cell phone ringing(??) On a Saturday? Yep. So, I proceed to call back after a few coughs and voice exercises, only to hear one of the sweetest southern voices on the phone, explaining to me that she was so sorry about the trouble I experienced with my package yesterday. She says, special arrangements were made and they we able to get the shipment from Memphis to the depot in my area that morning and were wanting to know how I wanted them to handle it. One of the drivers who has been delivering to our area for years noticed my name on the package and to her that he was willing to drive it to my house for delivery, if I wished it to be so. “Absolutely!!!”, I exclaim. “He will be there before 12:00pm”, she says. A few thank yous and you’re welcomes and the wait begins again.

11:15am- The most awesome FedEx truck is just outside, my favorite driver stepping out with package in hand! A little small talk. A few more Thanks yous and you’re welcomes and the journey begins… 😉

**7/18/2015: Test 1**  
First day with mones (in a bottle).

**Product:** [MX297](https://a314.com/product/mx297/)

**Conditions:** Bright, sunny, hot, and humid

**Personal condition:** Tired, sweaty, dirty, in a hurry.

**Application Points:** 1.5x to fingertip (I know… not necessarily how to apply). A little behind each ear and one to the chest.

(Simply, dirty and sweaty returning some items to the local hardware “superstore”, I say lets experiment. A quick 1.5x spray application and off I go into the store- really do not know what the heck to expect. (MX297 smells AWESOME by the way). Maintaining the normal skepticism and body language, (though hyper-sensitive to any response) I enter the store.

**Observations:**  
Lady worker #1 at service counter (55-65) abrupt and mean to everyone- including me.  
Lady worker #2 at service counter (25-35) friendly but all business. She helps me with large return. After interacting for approx, 5 mins- she becomes more friendly- joking and actually spurning the conversation on. I was in a hurry though, so I wasn’t sure what to make of that.

But interestingly enough remember lady worker #1? She ALSO became more friendly with me after a few minutes at the counter. I thought maybe she was just mean because she was dealing with something at the moment. But the longer I stood there, I realized, she was still being mean- to everyone EXCEPT me!!! (I thought.. “yeah right”) But it escalated. Remember she wasn’t the one helping me- she passed on that opportunity and told lady worker #2 to help me. She began joking with me and at me all in fun— and I hadn’t done anything!! Other people would come up and ask her questions and she seriously blew them off! (i.e, “Well sir I cant help you!” and “Don’t mess with that cart!”, she said to others. But with me- now smiles and jokes!

I have to admit- acceptance and belief can be difficult. But I have no other reason that accounts for the such a change during a 10-15 minute transaction (with the exception of natural charming abilities… but even those didnt work at first…lol)

I left with both wishing me a happy rest of the day!!! Smiles.

**7/18/2015: Test 2**

**Conditions:** Bright, sunny, hot, and humid

**Personal condition:** Showered, clean, and again in a hurry.

**Application Points:** 2x sprays. One to each side of neck

**Observations:**  
I felt good. I think the smell was very nice and uplifting. Spent most of the time in the car (2 hours) as we were traveling. No obvious effects. Once at location, around 20 people or so for an hour. Good interactions but nothing out of the ordinary.

**7/19/2015: Test 3**

**Conditions:** Bright, sunny, hot, and humid

**Personal condition:** Showered, clean, tired (from yesterday).

**Application Points:** 2x sprays. One to each side of neck

**Setting:** Among large group of friends

**Observations:**  
Wife stayed home this a.m., after fresh spray I made sure to give her kiss and hug goodbye (getting as much of the scent on her possible) as I went out for the morning. Tons of handshakes and hugs from friends. One came up and apologized for something that I forgot he had even said a while ago(?) Its still afternoon though. Plenty of time left.

Oh, and the wife? Sends me special “good morning text” and spirits very high!

**Overall:** mild, calm, and happy vibes today—\> IS
