Now I need recommendations, on combos, where to spray, does it need a cover, you name it. How would u rank this mone. On this site it only got 3 stars. Also does it really make other men depressed. Maybe using it with IO will help reduce that side effect. peace… ---

I don’t get neg. effects with it, so I usually just spray it in my hair, neck, or arms (1-3 sprays, get over 5 and you will have to be nose deaf to not notice the smell). Read my journal to see how I use IFM. ---

I never got depressed from it, but also i spray on wrists and behind on the neck must cover it has bad smell ---

i personally like ifm. it makes girls calm around me. i spray at the back of my neck or arm, far from my face in fear of depression as reported by some people ---

Like most of the pheromones this one may or may not depress you. But depress is not the word.. its more like a cool down.. it takes away your good mood 🙂 this is why if i use it i use it with Instant shine & TAA Oil You have to try it to find for yourself ---

I have been using the female version of ifm. It does not smell as bad and it has not had an effect on me that I have noticed. It does have an effect on women and makes them tend to gather around you when your wearing it. IFM female version smells a bit like cloves an other spices to me, quite pleasant. The mens version definitely does not smell as good. Ponderu ---

I use 1-3 sprays as well, usually 2, I don’t mind the smell and find that people at my school smell worse, I usually spray one in my hair and rub it in with my wrist and one on my neck and rub in on the other side with my other wrist. I use cover anyway even though I don’t mind the smell, I use TAG body spray because I’m cheap. ---

It says in its description it can excite them but I haven’t noticed any strong sexual effects. If you’re looking for sexual try Turn up the Heat and others say [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is good to but, I’ll let some other people help you out I’m fairly new to this also. ---

i get no depression. Using the male version with 2 shots. I use it when my wife is stressed or angry about something. Works pretty good. Calms her down, make her more relaxed. But i have not noted any sexual things about it. Aj… try adding 2 Sprays of TUTH. Then maybe it is 😃 ---
