So I’m def. excited about trying them, have a few questions. I ordered Instant Shine, Ammo, [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/), and Instant Openness and of course a little Turn Up The Heat for the hell of it 😉

First question: I realize this is a lot about personal experimentation, but I’m concerned about where to apply the products. I’ve tried IShine on either or both sides of my neck - haven’t really noticed anything yet. I read everyone’s advise about trying one spray at a time, and increasing it gradually. I know that Instant Female Magic should be applied to the back of the neck, but what about the other products mentioned above?

Secondly: This might factor into your responses to the first question. I’m a smoker - will that make the products less effective?

Thanks for your help everyone!

Hello Secwar!
First of all, congratulation for the Pheros that you picked. It looks like you got some of the best ones. As many other say, you should start with one per time, start from 1 spray and then rise until you find your sweet spot. Unluckily, it’s different from each-other. For example, I like to spray my Instant Shine on my chest. Anyway, if it can help you, I’ll write where I spray mine.

Instant Shine - Chest
Ammo - Back of mine neck or wrist (the most far from my nose, the better… I become angry in few second when I smell it)
[Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) - I don’t have it, but I’d spray it in the back of my neck
Instant Openness - On my wrists (a lot of it)
TUTH - On the back of my neck or wrists (same reason of AMMO, but lower anger effects)

Ok, for now it’s all. We’re all waiting to be reading to your tests!

See ya

Franz

It really depends on where you have unclothed skin available to heat and disperse the [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/). Wrists and forearms are great for me, I wear short or rolled up sleeves a lot. Sides and back of neck as you mentioned are great as well. You can put other things besides IFM on the back of your neck. I think there is a very early post by Mharris saying that the back of the neck is one of the best places because of “brown fat”. Apparently “brown fat” is hotter than other fat. IDK Mharris would know if anyone would. I wish he would check in, a lot of us newcomers feel just a little cheated that he won’t say “hi” anymore. Oh well I guess his time is much better spent keeping our blue bottles full of good stuff.

The only other areas not mentioned by Renny & Runner are hair and clothes. Good point: Pheros seem to last longer. Bad point: buildup. Plus do not use the oil based products on your clothes - they can cause stains. Alcohol based products seem to work fine (Gegogi).

Then Runner has brought up a good point: a lot of advanced users spray different pheros in different areas or layer in a specific order. Once again that will be based on your experience (trial & error using others info as a guide) as to what works best.

Spray it on hair…best way to diffuse pheromones.🙂
