# Just got my shipment of Ammunition & Turn Up the Heat need help...

…on what dosage I should use for different situations

Scenario #1: Have been talking to this one girl and we kinda progressed passed that friend stage relatively fast, we’ve made out and we’ve almost done the deed on a couple of occasions and looking to use the products in hand to put her over the edge and totally let loose.

Scenario #2: At the club or bar

Any help w/ the correct dosage for these scenarios would be great and any other dosage info would be great also

it’s hard to tell you without experimentation. Tuth is definitely not for social occasions, unless you are trying to fast track to the bedroom. even then, I would save larger doses for the bedroom anyway. these two products both have [pheromones](https://a314.com/) that stay around for a long time, and if overdone(too many sprays) will cause more irritation than arousal. search the forums for Androstenone Overdose for a clearer picture of what _might happen_

you should try ammo first. start out with one spray, and get out to the club. if you have no reactions(from yourself or anyone else) bump it up to 2 sprays. find your sweet spot.

since your GF and you are getting serious without these products, it would be interesting to see her reaction just to Ammo. Ammo is a cologne, so make sure you like it before dousing yourself with 5 or 6 sprays.

if you are already in an intimate situation. same testing goes. use one spray TUTH, see what reactions are different.

once you have a feel for these products by themselves, double up. i.e. wear ammo the first part of the night, and slowly add 1-3 sprays of TUTH incrementally throughout the night.

would it be a good combo for 1 spray of ammo and 1 spray of turn up the heat?

I’ve done that before. married men are handicapped, our wives are very attuned to our phero signature, and it can take weeks to get a reaction.

the extra pheros in [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) will soften TUTH, but still, beware of OverDoses. I dont want you trashing your night with your girl doing anything crazy.

try spraying ammo on the exposed skin(wrists, neck, hair), then TUTH under your shirt and stomach, that way, you’ll affect her from social distances with the ammo, and tuth will be waiting for when the evening heats up.

oh, and please let us know how it works. plenty of people here ask these questions; application points and dosage is the bane of all of us 🙂

so a spritz of ammo on my exposed skin before or during our night out and a spritz underneath my shirt/stomach for later part of evening?..ok will do will keep you guys updated
