# Just got them now ready to use

Hello, I am still new to this, but tring to read as much as I can.  
I just recieved my first package, I have  
[Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), Turn up the heat, instant female magic, and instant Shine.

Right now I am looking for two things,

1. To spice up the love life at home. I am 29, been together 5 years.
2. social flirting when I go out.

my problem is I dont know what to use and how many sprays I should use, as well as where to spray them, want to avoid some of the negitive affects I am reading about.

Any help would be appriciated.

All the pheros are good to use. I will advice to start with one phero at a time to test the effectiveness. Start with 2 sprays and increse if you don’t see result.

After you know the best number of spray for individual pheros, then only you try the mixes to get the desired result.

Here to answer ur questions 🙂

1. Use 1 or 2 sprays of turn up the heat, and 1 spray of instant female magic
2. Going out, you should spray 2x ammo and 3x instant shine.

Try to keep the dosage low at first, then go up gradually after to try to see when they work the best

BC, finding your sweet spot or best dosage takes a little time and patience but it’s well worth it. There is a good post by Tisha in my stupid newbie tricks thread linked in my signature that will help you do that. Have fun and best of luck to you!
