# Just got TUTH and IS: how much should I use?

I just got my [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) with TUTH and IS any advice to how much i should use?

Follow the guide on sweet spot testing with TUTH. No one here can tell you how much is right to wear. With Ishine it would be two to three sprays maybe 😉. Again sweet spot testing will be the best way to go, as there are many variables. Good luck 😃
