Hi everyone, I have been recently searching about [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) and I need your help. I feel lost. I’m in my mid-thirties and have been married for over a decade. My relationship is going south… And I really want to make things better, before it is too late. With the arrival of DS two years ago, everything was great for some months. But then I guess the novelty wore off and we started growing apart. DH, who used to be very active sexually (I was/am the one with lower sex drive), became distant. I know some days he feels unhappy but the love is still there, just under tones of stress both from our stressful jobs and trying to make time for being with our son. I feel that we are a great parenting team, but not so much a great couple anymore (and we really used to be a great couple!). Communication has been difficult, since our schedules are hectic during the week and most week days we hardly see each other for more than 1hr a day. I’m an early riser and he is a night owl, we always have been that way and it worked OK for us, but now it is just another obstacle to good communication. Hubby hasn’t seemed interested in having sex for months, I’m always the one who initiates it lately (and the last time he declined). We have talked about it and we are working things in our relationship in order to heal all the wounds. FYI, he is not cheating on me, we are just going through a rough period. Sorry, if this is TMI. Hi Afrodite, Welcome to this forum. Sorry for my ignorance, but I don’t kno what DS and DH stands for 🙂. Fixing a broken marriage takes a great deal of involvement from both partners, but this said, pheromones can lend a helping hand. Use them as tools and building blocks however, not as mere band-aids if you want them to contribute at their best. Communication is key for happy couples. Silly me, I guess I read to many Mum forums and clearly not enough on how to keep the spark alive. DH is for dear husband and DS dear son. About my personality I am mostly an introvert, I am shy when getting to know people but after that I am their best friend! Almost everyone I know likes being around, I am positive and very relaxed. I consider myself pretty and I do get lots of looks and compliments… But from the wrong guys! Right now I am only interested in getting looks and compliments from one specific person: my husband. Having said that, I am in good shape, new haircut, tanned and I’ve been puting some makeup on (which I normally don’t), but something is still missing. I am not sure about [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) A or B, but I guess A would help me more than B right now… I guess I’ll have to try! Can you wear both? Lol! ---

Wear both ISexiness as a combo? Might be interesting, altough it might be confusing a bit for the target 🙂. But hey, I’m a guy, maybe some female users tried it already with success. I suggest you try them one by one to start with though. Get familiar with their effects and finding your best dose wil be easier that way. This holds true for all products. Then you can start mixing. You can have a look at the ladies journal, they are full of information. I suggest you read Somechick, Brasileira, Lillian, Ladyscientist… Some great female contributors to this forum. Hesitate not to use IOpenness and IShine in public places to help with that initial shyness of yours. ---

Hi, and welcome. I can attest to the fact that IH and IO help promote communications. When I wear IH, there is a good chance that someone will tell me “TMI”, it’s happened on multiple occasions. IO makes people want to talk and talk - be my friend. If you think communication needs to be enhanced, you must get IH and IO. ---

Ok so I definitely need IO and IH! About how much to spray, my husband is definitely not good with smells, he had some asthma as a kid and most of the time he cannot pick up scents or only picks the stronger ones. It’s not only about scent, it’s about pheromones. If his nose misses them, his brain won’t 🙂. You don’t have to compensate with higher doses IMO. ---

I get results from people with just one spray of regular strength IH or IO. My suggestions it to get the regular strength of each. Wear one spray (of both) around him for two days, if that doesn’t work, move up to two sprays (of both). Some pheromones are sold unscented, so it won’t make a difference if he smells it or not. As long as he inhales oxygen, the [pheromone molecules](https://pheromonelabs.com/) will be in the air and go go up to his vomeronasal organ 🙂 ---

Is there something as powerful as TUTH, but for women? I have a friend that bought IS/A and she didn’t see results so far, so I have been reading about copulins. What do you think about using them? How do they work exactly? Men in the forum, can you say about how do you feel towards women when they are using copulins? Hi Afrodite, Welcome to the site. I am married to and go thru very similar things you do to a T, so I can relate. Before I get to the pheromones, first thing is to definitely make more time for each other than 1 hour a day even if both of you somehow has to meet in the middle somewhere where you even each of you give up 1/2 an hour to try and make 2 hours a day would be really helpful. Not only for the communication, but also with pheromones the more exposure the better. I would look into the **Female Wardrobe** as you would get everything to try and at a discount. I have tested some of the [female pheromones](https://phera.com/) just to see what happens and have posted in my journal if you are interested in seeing what happened. I have found IS/B and MX274 to work the best. I do not have any experience with COPS so I can not comment there. Also Lillian has used TUTH with interesting results and I will post a link of her journal so you can check out. TUTH might be an option to help turn you on and get things going in the bedroom.
