Hey. Excited that I received my 3 to-go bottles so fast. They’re kind of smaller than I expected LOL. Anyways, I want to try it out when I go to school tomorrow. I walk past literally hundreds of girls to school, from school, and while I’m in school. I bought 3 to-go bottles. 1 x Instant female magic 1 x Instant openness 1 x Instant shine I’m 16. Filipino (Asian). I was born in Australia. How would you recommend I use these sprays? Or which combinations would you recommend for me, and how many sprays? Very much appreciate it! 🙂 ---

Hi Niru Test them out one at a time. Start with 2 sprays of IO and work your way up till you see results. You will most likely see them in the 2 to 4 range. Look for subtle reactions, People staring, talking more, smiling at you things like that. Same thing with shine, start with 2 and work up. IFM may be harder to see results with unless you hang around alot of bitchy girls. But it will have a calming effect on the ones who are. Just be careful and spray it to the back of your body because it brings some guys down. Tisha ---

im getting openness and shine. Is it important where I spray them? I heard shine on your chest. Not sure about openness ---

Well, (as Tisha mentioned), you can start with 2 sprays on the first week, then increase it to 3 sprays on the 2nd and third week and observe for any re-actions from people around you. Too much is just a wastage!🙂 ---

You can spray on the chest, neck, behind the ears, back of the neck, or even the forearms. Many users apply to several points so you don’t have all the pheros at one place. Now the back of the neck and the forearms or wrists are often used if it is a pheromone that you don’t necessarily want to self-inhale either becasue you want to avoid the effects or some guys report feeling a little down or get headaches when they first start using certain pheromones. Some guys have reported that down feeling using [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) I believe. Someone please correct me if I am wrong. I use the forearms quite a bit as I live in a warmer climate and it gets the 'pheromones a little further away from me and closer to others. I use mine as a social (& marital) lubricant and influencer as opposed to meeting women. The forearms are also used if you want to get the pheromones a little closer to your target audience - but obviously only when you are wearing short sleeve shirts. I do the same thing with A314 on the back of my hands when I am wearing a long sleeve shirt. Just remember, if you go that route, you may need to reapply after you wash your hands. As Tisha indicated, some people spray them in their hair. Some users who do that seem to think the effects last a little longer. The other theory is to spray them on pulse points where your natural body heat will help disperse them.
