I am looking at the bottles wondering what to do with them. I order Instant sexiness, [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/)(it said for men though) I hope it’s right and to go: MX 135 and 140 and instant openess. So now what? I don’t know where to begin. Should I try 1 at a time and how many sparys of each and where is best? How long after I spray should I wait to use my perfume if I decide to do so? How long do I have to be around someone for me to notice any effects? How can I tell if I have used to much or not enough? Please advise. thanks. Oh yeah and tomorrow I am going to a outdoor event and what would be best to wear to attract attention? ---

I would start off using one at a time. Probably use three sprays, that is about the standard dose. If you’re not noticing any reactions, increase the dose by one spray at a time. If everyone gets cranky, decrease the dose. Apply at various perfume application points. The [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) will still work for you, even though it says it’s for men. ---

I think most people wait 10-15 minutes to apply perfume after the [pheromones](https://a314.com/). That seems to work for me anyway. ---

I wait closer to five minutes myself, but that’s because I apply my pheromones while I’m rushing to get out the door. 🙂 I don’t have ten or fifteen minutes in most cases. Five works fine for me. ---

its always a good idea in the beginning to wear one mix at a time to see what works for you and in what dose. since [instant sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) is a fav, i would wear that to the function, and it would be a bad idea to wear some extra IO on wrists or in hair. MX140 or MX135 is a great mix by itself as well, you couldnt make a mistake wearing any mix you got out to the function. instant shine says for men on it. no biggy. i would start with 3 sprays of anything and go from there. 🙂 ---
