🙂 This is where I will put my journal of my updates with the [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/). 🙂 * * * Today, 4/25/11, I ordered the ‘Instant Sexiness B’. I hopefully will get it Wednesday or Thursday. As of right now, I am 24, but not feeling very sexy any more. ☹ I feel old, even though 24 is not old by any means. 🙄 I feel like I should have more confidence and should be able to assert my sexual authority in my life. But, as of right now I feel powerless. 😕 I felt awesome at 18-19, but have slowly began to burn out since then. Sometimes I blame it on having a full time career and the aging process. ☹ But, then I slap myself and realize I am 24, I am in my 20’s still-- I AM NOT OLD! 😃 Hopefully IS can help me get my mojo back! 😃🆒 - Initial investment after discount $37. 😃 - Will I see a good ROI? 😕 Let’s wait and see… 🆒 ---

Hi K, CONGRATS on the Journal! 🙂 One of the things that I wish I would have done prior to getting my mones was reading up on the women’s stickies. I found Tisha’s thread to be valuable in getting the most out of my mones and that’s why I have the link on my sig below, How can I tell what are Hits?! I’d suggest you read up on the stickies, on the women’s and men’s forums to get a good handle on what to expect from the mones so that you can get the most out of them when you **do** get your IS/b!!! 🙂 Check on ya later! ---

I received my item Tuesday 4/26. I have used it daily since then. 🙂 I usually do 1 spray on the front of my neck, one on my left wrist, one on the top of my right hand and rub in the hand and wrist areas for both sides. One day I used 3 sprays on my neck and almost died from the fumes! 😮 I did get asked to dinner this last Friday by a total stranger who would NOT stop staring and smiling at me. That same morning two men at the gas station stopped me to talk about me car. Then my boyfriend told me on Sunday that he “loves my new perfume” and “it smells like a hot chick”. 😛😃 So, so far so good. I feel more sexy and confident in general, regardless of the looks and attention I have been getting. Guys at work haven’t really responded, except one guy was checking me out but he always does that ever-so-slightly. 😛 I have not used my instant openness/honesty freebie. I am pretty open already and I was kind of scared it would make me say some things I may regret. 😉😛 I am interested in the instant shine so I can feel like a rockstar! 🙂 That one totally interests me. 😃 I am currently using the IS/B. I think I like it so far… 🙂 My bottle is half empty, is that a good sign or am I using too much? 😕 ---

So, I just ordered ““[Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/)” Feel Good Pheromone - TO GO! (TOGO-IS)” to be overnighted. 🙂 I leave for a business trip Wednesday morning so I probably won’t get it until I get back on Friday. ☹ ---

If you got the IS/b togo, you’ve got about 40 sprays of it. So, you’re more than half way, more like 75% used up at about 2 sprays a day… Well, the [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), sorry, 'bout that. Hopefully, it’ll get to you by Wednesday morning, before you leave… When you’re in a time crunch, call up the number above and see how they could expedite the order. I’ve done that a couple of times… Mick and Steve are fun to talk to… really!!! ---

How much does a bottle typically last? I can’t wait to try the IShine, it’s the to-go size. I wanted to see if I liked it first before I order a big one. 😃 Chances are, I’ll love it! 🆒 ---

Yeah, big blue bottles are 30 ml… have about 200 spray in 'em… Half way…?!? Lordy… you’ve been bathing in it??? 😉 The togo’s are 40 sprays… FYI… And Yes, I’d say, you WILL love [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/)… but… don’t let me influence you… 😉 ---

I got home from my biz trip last night and there was my lil fedex package with my Instant Shine & [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/)! 😃🆒:)😛 I used IS + IS/B today.
