🆒 Hello friends. Finishing up the 20+'s and moving onto the next decade soon. Looking for mones to enhance the trust and respect (A314 oil vs spray?) level as new interviews are to be expected (during winter months). Instead of getting them then, thought I would experiment with them just to be one the safe side so I don’t fall over to the neg side from OD. Considering add-ons such as [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) or Instant Gentlemen to find a good match. From Canada and as you probably could tell already Ive been lingering around the forums which are def commendable. **applause**. I’ll contribute my side of the story time to time and all recommendations and tips are appreciated. Not sure how significant this is but upcoming interviews could last for hours (3-5?) and will be panel interviews (male+female). Stewie look-a-like 😉 (who’s saying thank you!) ---

Hey OWO! Welcome to Pherotalk! For interviews, I recommend A314 and maybe some IO. A little [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) can’t hurt either. Remember, you are in a PROFESSIONAL setting, so stay away from sexual products. When you want to use social/sexual products, create another thread! Try putting 2 or 3 drops of A314 on your neck and behind your ears. Look for “hot spots” (places where there’s a pulse). Start small and work up until you find the right amount for you! Welcome! Great Owo to see you here, you are a funny guy, I like it! 😃😉 A314 oil vs. alcohol? Take the oil version, many guys like it better, it’s more smooth, not so into the face like the alcohol version, but oil works best on hot places and holds longer. The alcohol version hits faster. Both are super respect and high value status maker, with great self-effects. Trust? Business status trust yes!!! Your are the man who knows the business, but for dating and yes, also the interviews, I would add IH, because it’s more depth trust, connection and deep conversations. A314 alone can also too intimitdating. [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is great for a more fun mood elevating effect. You can add it also. Please don’t add A314 and IG togeter, one compunded is to similar, but IG alone is softer. OWO, are this all your goals or need you also something for friends, dating etc.? And don’t forget mones are only really effective if you are congruent with them. I mean your personality and social skills. How would you describe your skills? Welcome to the forum… wait… you’ve been lurking for a while the way you throw around the mone lingo… NICE! A warm welcome to you to the mone forum, pherotalk! I’d say try out the [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) with the A314 (oil longer burn time, slower reaction time with the inverse being true about the spray). IG would be another good one, I think, for interviews. Some may find the A314 too intimidating with IG giving a leader of the group as opposed to Leader of Men of A314… For men and women, I think the A314 with IS would be a good combo for your interviews. I’d recommend you try them out by there lonesome to ‘see’ the hits you get from them, starting with Instant Shine. Hi there. Welcome on board. I have to agrre with 1alpha. A314 and IG would be grsat for job interviews. I used IG in teh interview for my current position, amnd it was a great decission. I have found ouy later that one of my senior bosses does not seem to like me that much when i wear A314 around him, though it has help me a lot with my sales objectives. I wear A314 ussually, but if i know I´m going to have along meeting with him, I´d rather wear IG. IG is currently out of stock, but the guys at androtics say it will be back soon. Just keep an eye on the store. In the mean time, you can run some tests with [A314 spray](https://a314.com/product/a314-classic-spray/) version. It worls great, and hits hard, as diffussion is faster then with oil. As a downside, it does not last so long, but deffinitelly hits faster reaches a wider distance. I guess a couple of sprays will provide a stable effect for at least three hours, but you may want to apply an extra spray after that. I would also consider IS, as it can boost your mood and the mood of those around, so it will create an association in the interviewers mind that will link you and the good energy together later when he has to choose thge right person for the company. If you make them feel good about themselves, and can link that sensation to yourself, they will feel good when they choose you. Thanks for all of your input Lakerman34, JohnnyHard, 1alpha, and extraballislit.. If I could mark each reply as best answer.. I would’ve in a second cause they’re awesome tips. I have gotten to know about mones through an acquaintance who offered me to try [A314 spray](https://a314.com/product/a314-classic-spray/) A, IO and IH. And it definitely makes a difference!!! As Newbie as I am to these things I’ll admit that I was bit skeptical in the beginning.😕 I went for 2 sprays of A314 and it seemed to have a massive effect on older men. It didn’t however seem to have any effect on young adult women directly or indirectly but I wasn’t looking for it anyway as I’m recently married.. 😉 It worked like a charm on this guy whose older than me and had better credentials than I did. He literally backed into the chair he was sitting on and agreed on whatever I was saying. The IO 2 spray on each hand.. i think I got curious and smelled it myself (maybe more than once 😃) and I became such a chatterbox. Usually my personality is a little restrained and conservative but I started to initiate conversations in a seminar and had a good time. Looking for more effects like these in due time.. 🆒 The IH 2 spray on each hand.. This in addition to IO sprayed 2 hrs earlier got others to say things about themselves I generally would not expect to hear. It is hard to differentiate but subtle clues were all over and I’m usually good at picking them out. One older lady (professional) started saying personal things (out of character) and caught me off guard at times. Overall… I’m bought and as per my experience and all of the responders GREAT advice.. I intend to get A314 spray A and IS for the time being and over next month or so go ahead with Oil version and others. These little helpers are intended mostly for work. I’m past the chasing girls, clubbing phase though I wish I knew about this stuff few years earlier in undergrad.. 😉 I cant thank you guys enough for all your tips. Even though few were overlapping and some were contradicting there is no way to tell unless I try em out and see how it can be personalized get the most out of it. Cheers. Reps added to each.
