# Ladies! I need help ASAP!

Hi, so I’m a 2something (later 20’s) year old new to this [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) stuff and I need help ASAP. I recently purchased IH, IO, and IS. I have a date tomorrow with a guy who I am really hoping things work out with. We initially had some chemistry, but in the past week, I haven’t seen him and I am now unsure of how he feels. Tomorrow, I want to make sure he’s still open and expresses how he really feels towards me. And I’m really hoping that it’s positive feelings.

Can I please get some advice as to what I should use and how much?

Have you already tried these products separately? I’m thinking that IH and IS will be a good idea, but I’m not confident in telling you to spray a bit of this and a bit of that. I’m sure some of the experienced members here will swing by soon. Good luck, though! Let us know how it goes. 🙂
