It depends. Most [pheromones](https://a314.com/) are unisex. Sure there are those that are more prominent in men then in women and vice versa but a lot of them we both make in the body. Its not really which one but how much you use that determines success with using the opposite genders primary pheromones. Take a-none for instance. On a male it signals dominance, vitality, masculinity, aggression, sexual prowess. Women also have trace amounts of a-none but its not a dominate pheromone for us. Using trace amounts in a mix can increase arousal and vitality as well as give a more dominate, independent, capable vibe. To much pushes us over into masculine aggressive and sometimes moody. Now lets look at a mix… Lets take Ammo which is 3 pheromones a-none, arone and anol anol is more prominent in both sexes then a-none and arone although men still make more probably due to size and fitness levels. IMO 1 spray of AMMO would be to much for a women. It would push them over the edge into signals that produce confusion to the rest of the senses. For instance your giving a masculine vibe and the person looking at you see’s hears touches a obviously feminine individual. The logic side kicks in and they assume depending on there own life experiences. "This person is gay or this person is pushy bossy overly aggressive. These are not signals that attract they tend to repel. 1/4 spray combined with unisex pheromones and gender specific ones is fine though. It can increase interest attraction and initiate positive signals. The only male mix I use here often is TUTH. Mostly for sexual encounters with my husband. If I use it in public men tend to react aggressively because I am giving a aggressive vibe and they are mirroring that vibe. A314 is to masculine for me, it brings a great deal of respect and intimidation but its not because its giving a alpha vibe like it does with men its because it pushes a bossy bitch vibe that people are weary of. I much prefer MX300 which is the female version. I know how to work with A314 if in a bind but I prefer not to. IG is odd on me. Everyone tends to leave me alone LOL I like this mix for when I want people to get off my back. (snort) 😛 If I use a just a dab or two it has a whole different effect really. People tend to be more helpful and accommodating. It gives sort of the matriarchal vibe for me. People feel safe in looking to me for the answers. Its hard to explain. I dont use a lot of the men’s experimental mixes although I have tested some. I tend to want to spend my money on things that compliment my own attributes more. I do know that some of the female experimentals do have trace amounts of the prominent male mones mixed with the feminizing mones. So you can use both its just how you use them that determines the outcome. Tisha ---

Thanks so much Tisha23, I appreciate all the helpful details. I placed my first order and they should be arriving this Monday. They are IO 2X, IS 2X, and MX300 and am interested to see its effects if any. Admittedly, I am a bit skeptical, yet open to any outcome. I’m not sure what combo or which I’d try first, however based on different advice on this forum I should give each one about a week. ---

I have done extensive testing with A314, and have found that just a drop or two (distributed) can produce nice effects, though it needs to be used in combination with other things to soften it. [A314 on a woman?](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/a314-on-a-woman/29614)
