how do you figure out your natural chemistry to learn what pheros would work best for you? so many people mention different things working for them, and i was curious to see if their was a streamlined approach to understanding your natural chemistry to get to that point.

Well I guess the best way to understand exactly what [pheromones](https://a314.com/) your sweat contain is to make chemical or spectral analysis of the sweat. If not - just try some products and find what dosages work best for you.But sometimes there are things as pheromone build up ( when u used some pheromones every day in a long time - you can find thet they “build up” and the usual dosage witch always worked for you can make you overdose - so it’s important to have breaks or pherofree days and to scrub your skin really good when showering). So - it’s hard to find some magic formula witch will work every time everywhere - but with experiments you can find your sweet spot of how many sprays or drops of products go best with you body’s chemistry and bearing in mind the buildup problem - you can have verry nice pheromones’ experiences.Wish you luck and hope you find the best usage for your personality and chemistry. 😉

Thanks a lot for the reply!

“make chemical or spectral analysis of the sweat” \<–how difficult is this to do, and where can I learn more about it?

You learn what works best by trying them out. Everyone has different experiences with pheros and often the same phero will produce different results for different people. Id suggest starting with the instant line and a314 and once you learn more about pheros in general you will be able to make your own mixes and figure a lot out on your own. Ive only been here for a few months but ive learned so much just from experimenting.

Cpb… I would assume Casanova was joking when he suggested that 😉 You’d need _very_ sophisticated & expensive lab equipment to do that.

Where can you learn more about it? Enrol at Uni for a PhD in Analytical Chemistry…that’ll be a good start at least 😛

Seriously thoug, Scottie’s advise is the only way to do it really… With phero’s it’s all about trial & error 🙂

The lady speaks 100% truth

Test and have fun. Keep a log of the effects and learn from it.

Well my remark about chemical/spectral analysis of sweat was a joke, but perhaps for a lot of money in some medical/chemical lab they can do it for you, but really - it’s more difficult then just try some basic products - whatch what works best for you and watch out not to overdose especially with androstenone.
