**Let’s Do It!** **My Daily Pheremone Experience** **Groundhog day!** **CURRENT STATUS** My order of TUTH, AMMO and (free) [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) arrived today, I am going to have a shower and then wear either TUTH or AMMO and walk around town for a while to see what sort of reaction I can get. In terms of how I feel, I’m just overly very excited about the use of pheremones and I’m finding it hard to control this excitement. I’m starting off with just a single spray of whichever pheromone I decide to use and I was also planning on topping it off with a spray of instant shine, still undecided whether I should do this or stick with single sprays and build up each individually. I have talking to girls down once they know me a bit as I am quite confident and funnny, but I’d like to generate ‘instant attraction’ and have a spark which can start this sort of conversation and bring girls towards me. Just about to have a shower and get super fresh to go into town and hopefully get more reactions than usual. **SHORT TERM GOAL** Get more reactions from girls than I usually would to prove that Pheremones help. **MID TERM GOAL** Find a blend that has girls on me 24/7 in my presence. I don’t want a girlfriend necessarily, rather ‘Friends with benefits’. There’s a big party coming up in about a month and I’d like to have the perfect mix by then so that I can go up to virtually any girl and leave with at least a number. **LONG TERM GOAL** I want to build myself into this bond like gentleman mostly naturally with the assistance of pheremones in part. This gent would recieve instant respect from anyone regardless of how much money or power this person has. Hopefully you already have at least a fundamental knowledge of pickup and socializing with women. The Axe effect is a myth. These things enhance game, they can’t replace it. Google terms like IOI indicator of interest and microcalibration to learn the things to look for to help you determine if your mones are working as not all hits will be as obvious as…well a hit to the head. Tuth you should probably save for actual encounters with somebody you’l already intimate with, unless you’re over 30 in which case you could maybe use a spray or two without much ill effect. Ammo plus shine is a good mix if you’re younger. Add a single drop of A314 if you like for more alpha male respect. If you do use A314 then I’d make sure to go a little stronger on the shine to reduce the intimidation factor. ---

**CURRENT STATUS** I’m going with 1 sprays of AMMO and 1 spray of instant shine today. I feel adding instant shine can only add to the feelgood factor and how people feel towards me and will work better in this combination than as standalones. I got about a spray and a half of both as the bottles are new and dispersed a smaller amount on first sprays. ---

**CURRENT STATUS** Success! I went out for lunch with a friend and we sat at a table near two ladies in there early 20s (probably about a meter or two away) and I saw them both look at me at least twice and I know they were talking about me. I didn’t make a move on this as it was just a first and I couldn’t be certain. The waitress who was probably about my age walked past the back of me and I had the vibe there was some attraction as I saw her looking at me every time she crossed the room coming out of the kitchen. She was walking behind me a lot, like probably did it about 10 times in total. There was a point where I was checking her to see her movement pattern to see if it was just convenient, but she was actively walking behind me on purpose, like she could have saved time if she had just walked straight from point A to point B but instead she made a V shape around me so that she would walk past my back. I didn’t move on this either cause I’m looking for proof of results first and maybe I just got lucky a second time. Finally we went to a shop and there was a girl stacking shelves who was attractive and probably about my age as well. She looked at me as I entered the shop and I made the effort to walk by her and my friend hung back to see if he could see proof of these [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) functioning. He said as I was selecting items from the shelves she was definitely checking me out a lot. When I went to the register to pay it just so happened she was told to replace the staff member currently on the till and she immediately jumped at the opportunity to serve me. I made heavy eye contact and smiled as I paid and she returned the smile/eye contact. I made sure to be polite as ever but didn’t follow this lead on either. Overall heavily impressed with the results I have received today. I think that 2 sprays of AMMO and 1/2 sprays of IS is a functional combination, I’ll try it again tomorrow before altering the dose pattern and see what sort of results I get tomorrow. My friend commented on how he thinks that they must definitely be working as he noticed people looking over at us a lot. ---

**CURRENT STATUS** Yesterday, feeling more confident about 'mones, I decided to up the dosage. I used 2x Ammo 2x TUTH and 1x IS. I feel this was an overdose as I felt people kept a perimeter around me. Today I will be using my original dosage, of 2 sprays AMMO and 1 spray IS and going out to see what results I get.
