Hi, After reading some of the posts and steve and jasmine info posts from this forum i thought lets introduce myself. So this is me: My name is ale. Im 37yr old. And i’m from sunshine state florida, usa. And i will like to use [ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and a134to start with! I’ve tried some phero before and i felt they create good vbes around gals. Hey Ale, welcome to the forum. A314 and Ammo are great first choices. Just keep in mind that the results of A314 can be very subtle and you may not see what it’s doing when you first start using it. Also, it may take a period of time before people you’ve already know adjust to your new pheromone enhanced “vibe”. I would also recommend trying Instant Shine and a social like [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) or Instant Honesty in the future. Instant Shine will make people feel good just being around you and put them in a better mood. It’s a great addition to any mix. Hello and welcome to the forum. It seems as if you have done your homework pretty well. There is a thread in my signature block that talks about wearing A314 and ammo together. Give it a read and see if that helps you any. Also if you arethinking about A314 for work you may also want to consider [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) to go with it. It is my favorite work combination. A314 can certainly give you the “I am the Man” vibe but it can also create what I call respect distance - people give you a lot of room sometimes and that can shut off communication. The IH will offset that. You will still have the same respect vibe but people will feel connected to you and less put off and more likely to tell you things they think are important. Welcome to Pherotalk Emainc! I see that you have done a bit of research and want to use the A314 and ammo. Just ensure before you start using these together you get a good handle as to what each does. Now, A314 is a great product recommended but if you are shy it won’t work as well as it should for you. You might want to start with something like Instant gentleman and work your way up. Since you already ordered I am guessing you did your research thoroughly and know just what suits your situation.
