I think it is either something that affects attention or thought processes (a little like a disinhibitor), but I could be wrong with both. I’m not sure if it some other variable that is affecting my interactions, but I would like to see this applied at higher doses/mixed. I will try 3 sprays of P75 throughout this week and will keep adding more until about 5 sprays. ---

Monday, November 1st 2010 Daily Summary: P75 “high” concentrations **Environment:** Classroom -A little cooler than room temperature. **Time:** 7:50am for applications, 10:00am for interactions, 11:00am for interactions **Applications:** 5 x P75 @ 2.5mcg to the front (3)and back of neck(2) Notes: I showered with Dial Magnetic and sprayed 1 IS to Go to the neck since my brother had company last night. This morning however, I did not apply anything except for P75. Had about 6 hours of sleep, so I was feeling a bit tired. I happened start thinking about REAL SAD thoughts around 9:00am when I was walking up the stairs, but it went away as soon as I thought about them. I suppose the winterish weather was making me jumpy. P75 is starting to smell less and less like the piss smell and more flowery? I do notice that if I sweat, the interactions between sweat and P75 make it smell more like -none/Ammo. Anyways, the morning was real cold (around 45 degrees) so I had no other choice when it came to application points. I really didn’t notice anything odd since I was doing homework. I did happen to take a nap around 9:20am on a couch and it was simply the BEST nap I ever took. It was lights out within a minute and I had no interruptions. For the classroom, it was a different story. Hip-Hop and O-Chem girl were already in their usual spots (2 feet to the left and O-Chem girl was 2 feet behind me). I sat down and it was probably a minute that had gone by when Hip-Hop looked at O-Chem girl and noticed she went crazy on her homework. I’m talking about a sheet of A4, non double spaced, handwritten essay. A simple assignment, that one could had made an A on by just writing a paragraph, but she went to the max. Hip-Hop was all surprised and compared her paper to O-Chem’s. I decided to join in and show them mine as well. The simple conversation slowly turned into Hip-Hop’s shocking event over the weekend when she gotten a ticket for not turning on headlights. She then had to go do something while I asked a simple question to O-Chem since she mentioned she lived in Florida. The conversation was light and there were mostly no pauses to think about deeper things… I asked my nearby classmates about the homework and I all I got back were answers that were direct and quick to end. I could see a big difference when I added IO or IH for those same people happened to have lengthy conversations… **11:00am** Japanese class. I didn’t sit in the back for my usual seat was available and I really wanted to eat lunch (I ate my turkey sandwich in class). The 3 same chatty girls sat to the right of me with the perverted mind guy sitting one seat above me. The only difference for today was, my seat was closer to the girls (2.5 feet) for some strange reason. As soon as the girls come in, the most outgoing of the 3 says outloud “What smells awful in here? It smells like spoiled milk.” Filipino/American girl says, “Yeah, I’m getting sick just by smelling that.” As soon as I heard that I had a look of terror in my face (the kind when you see a 500 pound woman mistakingly picking up a baby in a hotdog costume and tries to eat it) and could possibly narrow the source to three options. 1. Turkey Sandwich (I just finished it when they came in) 2. P75 3. Other The whole time, Filipino/American girl was quiet for I believe she was sick. Perverted boy didn’t speak either. **Possible Hit Summary:** -Nothing out of the ordinary. Maybe spoiled milk smell? **Environment:** Asian grocery store -A little cooler than room temperature, due to refrigeration. **Time:** 4:00pm Notes: A lot of Asians at this grocery store. I went with my mom and the grocery store had a lottery going on throughout the month of November and each shopping visit, the buyer receives 1 ticket to win at the lottery. Didn’t get any stares or hair flickery from people, but the cashier made my day. She was (40ish) and Korean, and she was ringing the items up when she looked at me. “Are you a student,” she asked. I tend to get a lot of confusion on my age since I have a boyish look going on, but I’m surprised she said that since I also had a crew cut (makes me look older). I said yes and she asked me if I wanted to win a car and I replied, “OH YES.” She gave me not 1 lottery ticket, but 3 lottery tickets and a pack of free banana milk (banana flavored milk) since we bought more than $40 in groceries. I asked my mom if she received free milk the last time she shopped here and she said no. **Possible Hit Summary:** -Freebies given by the cashier. Got some news back from M. She doesn’t seem to know me well enough to date me, so I suggested we stay platonic for now. Final thoughts for the day: -P75 at 5 sprays seems to quiet people down. I feel like maybe it might be restricting people… -I will never forget today’s nap. Well, until a better one comes around. ---

Tuesday, November 2nd 2010 Daily Summary: [P75](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p75/) “high” concentrations continued. **Environment:** Bus -warm since outside temperature was mid 40s. **Time:** 7:35am **Applications:** 5 x P75 @ 2.5mcg to the front (2) and back of neck(3) Notes: Gotten about 5 hours of sleep after chatting with M. Still on good terms and I think I may have to do some work (break outta that F-Zone). Anyways, very cold morning with A LOT of wind so I bundled up. Applied my stuff at 7:35am and I started to ride the bus with the first odd behavior. To the right of me was a Caucasian girl who had a ring on her third finger (possibly married, 20+). Well she came on the bus and sat next to me and starts with a brief hair fling after 30 seconds. I look out the window to see what else she might do (and it is dark enough so I can see her reflection) and I start to see her eyes slyly move towards my direction. Two minutes later, she turned her head and looked toward me/window (but it was dark any nothing interesting was going on outside). About two more minutes had passed before she turned to look towards me, but this time slowly. **Possible Hit Summary:** -Girl’s behavior **Environment:** Classroom **Time** : 8:45am, 10:50am, 3:00pm Notes: Didn’t really see anything unusual. I did however had this crazy wave of sleepiness hit me at 8:50am, but I have a hunch it is either the lack of sleep or I must be hungry. It had gotten so bad that I think I did a series of micro-sleep throughout lecture. **10:50am** Japanese class. The 3 talkative girls arrive on my right, same spots. Filipino/American girl still quiet with no indications of being sick. The leader and the other girl was talkative, but they seemed to take a lot of breaks while talking. The whole class was like… dead. I did not get the spoiled milk comment so that eliminates P75 as an odor offender. The Japanese teacher (a guy), started to go off on a random tangent about his life in Japan and some interesting facts that seemed to grab the attention of the class. Perhaps P75 might has something to do with attention, particularly in the realms of boredom? For example, whenever I was bored I seemed really not interested, but when something DID catch my interest, I was paying my utmost attention to it, with a happy mood. The boring parts (8:00am class and a 2:00pm class) just seemed to bring upon a sleepy spell… **3:00pm** The girl who initiated me from Thursday’s entry. Well after class was over I saw her at the bus stop so I decided to just stand near her proximity (4 feet), but not speak a word. It took about a good minute before she said, “Hey you must be warm,” noting my thick coat. “Yeah, I’m pretty cold,” I said. She then started to talk about Korea since I mentioned I went to Korea for vacation. Somehow the conversation switched from that to K-dramas and we probably talked the same amount as Thursday, although I had to actually ask her some questions. Besides that, nothing out of the ordinary. **Possible Hit Summary:** -Class gotten quiet. -Funky self effects? Final thoughts for the day: -I don’t seem to get any more hits at a high dosage. I think P75 will do well in small amounts or mixed. -I need to either get some sleep or lay off the P75 if it causes me to get tired real easily. ---

OK I like your p75 testing. Glad you are testing at high dosages, because I haven’t gotten around to that yet. Here is what I have found to possibly answer some of your questions. P75 seems to be very raw and caveman like in some ways. I believe that it relates better to the “old” brain causing decisions to be made at a lower conscious level bypassing higher thinking. Therefore whatever you think about tends to be what it is that you are doing. It also has some heightened awareness properties. This is the focus that you are talking about. I have noticed the ability to keenly lock into any moving target or sound. In fact I have a hard time pulling my attention away from something that has piqued my interest. Try driving at high speeds with it. It’s a rush. There is also some hidden aggression with it for me. I’m more protective of what I believe to be mine. Especially when women are involved. This becomes more prominent with higher dosages. There also tends to be a speak when spoken to aspect. Where people will only engage with you as long as your attention is on them, but once you are engaged they won’t stop talking to you until you look away. I have also noticed and increase in the amount of space that I take up. When ever I wear P75 I am definitely the dominate alpha. No questions asked. I own everything and everyone in my vicinity. This gets weird, because of the space invasion. Women lose their space buffers completely. They have no clue how close to you they are. I tend to invade others space a lot more as well. As if their space doesn’t exist. I like to think of P75 as the “dark side” of the force. I compare it to p130 sometimes because of similarities. very useful insight JosieW. Just like the “dark” side of the force, it has some positive interests in some people. Maybe the actions of [P75](https://a314.com/product/p75/) is amplified with some intoxication of alcohol. Then again, alcohol is a general inhibitor that inhibits the inhibitor (making it a dis-inhibitor?!?). As for the aggression component, I have one comment to make. I had one little incident near Halloween that I prefer not to document in my journal (2.5mcg of P75 sprayed) even though I was wearing IG as well. Made me go spontaneously **ape shit fucking mad and violent** without any -none… VERY out of character for me since my usual response to aggression is to run away, assess the situation, then action. The space component for me is still up for grabs since I try to keep a same daily profile (which is to be busy with homework). My future plan after I test out 4 sprays for this week and 3 sprays for next week is to start all over and mix with other products. ---

Wednesday, November 3rd 2010 Daily Summary: A short break. Low [P75](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p75/) mix. **Environment:** Classroom -cool since the outside temperature was low 40s, medium winds, and rain. **Time:** 10:00am **Applications:** 1 x P75 @ 2.5mcg 1 x IO 2 x IHx2 1 x IS To Go 1 x IG To Go (All applied to the back of neck) Notes: Seven hours of sleep. I didn’t feel like applying P75 since I felt like it was doing something strange around me. I did consider it in a mix since I wanted to see the effects on Asians (Koreans mainly). I had many variables to solve and I wanted to narrow down the source of my sleepiness and quick wave of sadness that I experienced. Mainly though, I wanted a break from P75. Anyways, applied at 9:45am. Pre-class again (Korean class) a girl who usually sat in the right lane decides to switch it up and sit right in front of me. That’s a bit strange since humans tend to pick a seat and familiarize with it (unless they like to roam a lot). I looked to the right and noticed plenty of seats in the right lane that she could have chosen, but why the seat in front of me? Once again I was trying to keep everything the same when I am testing, busy with homework when about a minute later, the same girl turns around and asks me if we had any homework (since she saw me writing something down while coming into the room). “No,” I said. Not a lot of people in class today due to some major tests in the science department. Hip-Hop was missing since she was taking the test. Around 15 minutes later, O-chem (1 foot behind me) taps my shoulder and asks me a question. Strange since O-chem didn’t say anything to me during Pre-class. This might be insignificant though. A couple of minutes later, more members of the class show up, making the class about full. Hip-Hop came in and sat on my left, with me and O-chem briefly making small talk. 10:55am. Before class had to end, the teacher made us go down the list of vocabulary words and pronounce them one-by-one. O-chem didn’t bring her book so she decided to look with Hip-Hop, forcing her to lean forward. What I didn’t know was the amount of leaning she did (half a foot from the back of my head) which kind of startled me since I was stretching backwards. Probably stayed in the same spot, close proximity until she had to stop looking at the book. Throughout class, people would ask me a lot of questions. **2:30pm** Careers in Psychology class. Caucasian girl (sophomore/ give or take a year) sits down next to me on the left (2.5 feet). About a minute or two later, she turns her head and a good bit of her upper body towards the right to look at me and then behind me all in one smooth motion. Does this again 30 seconds later and again 30 seconds later when a student happened to walk behind her to sit down in a further seat. I didn’t see her observing the student that walked behind her after he had sat down and I wondered. Around 3:00pm, a slow wave of sleepiness did creep up, only to subside quickly. The class was boring, but I seem to have energy every time boring class quickly ended (8:00am class, 2:00pm class, and 2:30pm class). This seemed to happen when I was taking P75 or if I had a lower than usual amount of sleep. I’m still trying to figure this out. **Possible Hit Summary:** - O-Chem girl touched me when a simple statement outloud could have gotten my attention - O-Chem was pretty close to my neck area. - Girl sitting on my left in Psych class had a case of rubberband neck. - Korean class was lively, with a lot of simple questions being asked by people to me (IO/IH was working) Thoughts for the day: -still have to figure the mystery to my sleepiness problem. ---

Thursday, November 4th 2010 Daily Summary: P75 “high” continued again. **Environment:** Parking Lot -cold, but not as cold as Wednesday. Light rain, low 50s. light to medium winds. **Time** : 7:50am **Applications:** 5 x P75 @ 2.5mcg (1 to the hair in the back, 1 to the back of neck, 3 to the front of neck) Notes: I didn’t mean to deviate from the usual applications spots, but I accidentally sprayed my hair when I meant to spray my neck. I saw it was still raining outside and I didn’t want to bust out my umbrella so I decided to wait in the parking lot near the door (I was roughly 13 feet from the door). A five minute wait until a girl passed by and decided to wait AT the door. We both hear the bus come and I was walking towards the door when I see the door being held wide open by the girl who passed by. I gave a short and brief thanks and hopped on the bus. **Possible Hit Summary:** -Girl holds the door open. **Environment** : Classroom -warmer than room temperature. Heater was not on. A lot of people took off their jackets and such. **Time:** 10:55am Notes: Japanese Class. I decided to sit down in the back since I wanted to see what reactions I would get from the back half of the class. About two minutes later since I had sat down, some girl comes in (Caucasian? Or possible mix) and sits to the left of me (2.5 feet). After she puts all of her stuff down and gets situated for about a minute or so, she packs all of her belongings and decides to sit behind me. Don’t know the reason why for this, but it wouldn’t matter since one of the Japanese teachers (an old guy) would come into the classroom and tell her to move since the non-teachers always sat in the back. Poor girl had to pick up all of her stuff again and move back all the way to the left most lane. That Korean girl I mention was sitting in the same spot, while I was probably one seat behind where I was sitting at on October 28th. Very little to no talk going on in the back portion of the class while the front portion was a bit more talkative. Filipino/American girl seemed back in health and contributed to conversations a bit. Nothing really happened in class as far as I could tell until around 20, 30 minutes later. Some Asian girl (Chinese, 3 feet northwest of me) and the same girl who had to move desks (5 feet) started to show a lot of hair action. Chinese girl would just not stop playing her bangs. This went on for about a good 5 minutes and then all of a sudden, a stop. The hair action just died throughout the rest of class. I couldn’t really notice the older female Japanese teacher since I was so amazed by how much hair flippery that Chinese girl did, but I did notice she was at the southwest most corner of the class (6 or 7 feet). She propped her legs on the desk in front of her (she was wearing a skirt, but had knee high boots) and I think I may have saw her rub her thighs. Probably due to the cold though, I’m not sure. **Possible Hit Summary:** -Sudden, increased hair flippage, followed by a slow decrease to extinction. -Musical chairs by that girl? **Environment** : Computer Room -a little cooler than room temperature. Low 70s. **Time:** 1:00pm Notes: I was in the computer room reading on what to buy to make girls more touchy and make them initiate more first when a guy sat down to my right (3 feet). Around 5 to ten minutes later, he said, “Are you able to get on the school website?” At first I thought he was on the phone so I ignored him outright and continued to read. I then heard the same statement again, forcing me to pay attention to him. “Are you able to get on the school website?” “No, I’m on some other website so I didn’t check,” I said. Out comes a girl to the left of me who was on the computer (been on the computer for a while, 3 feet) who butts into random guy’s random question. Not sure if that’s a hit there. “I’m not able to get on the website either,” she says. The conversation ends at that. **Possible Hit Summary:** -Random ass guy asks me a question. **Environment:** Classroom and Outside **Time:** 2:00pm and 3:00pm Notes: **2:00pm** I decided to come to class late since I didn’t feel like talking to the same girl who talked to me at the bus stop (I’ll call her K-drama from now on). Anyways, I come and sit down and it takes about a minute or two before the teacher started her lecture. K-drama who was sitting a seat behind and to the right of me (3 feet) taps me on the shoulder. “Oh looks like we are going to have something today,” she says. She also points to the stack of index cards that the teacher was opening and I nodded in agreement for today was extra credit day. Today we also received our tests back so we were free to go. I quickly looked at mine and left while K-drama hanged behind. **3:00pm** Class was over and I was waiting at the bus stop when I saw K-drama coming. She stopped and flipped out her phone when I decided that I’ll start the conversation this time. “So how did ya do on the test,” I ask. She replies she did okay, but I could tell that she was a bit worried since her face wasn’t animated as usual. Bus came around fast and throughout the bus ride, I had to mostly think of the questions while she responded. At the end though, I asked her for her name since we talked about twice now. **Possible Hit Summary:** -touch by K-drama -seemed to not really open me up with questions, but “went along with the flow” Final thoughts for the day: -morning’s event confused me since why would a person standing at the far of a distance hold a door for me? I never seen this behavior except if the person was handicapped, with a baby stroller, or very very old. Usually people would just walk on out and door their own thing… -Didn’t really see any hits in the 8:00am class. I did see some people who were out of focus (a girl in front of me seemed sleepy). A different thing that had happened was the sleepiness since it didn’t hit me with a STRONG desire to sleep, but I was slightly sleepy (only to snap out of it quickly). I think I am either getting used to the effects of P75, had a good night’s rest, or it is something else. -That guy sitting next to me in the computer room. I wonder why he asked me. I felt like he thought I would know the answer and I’m surprised he didn’t tap my shoulder after he asked a question. -Hair action done by the two girls in class. First 20 to 30 minutes I got nothing from these girls and then BOOM. Just like that, they stopped as well. I don’t think they were bored since the teacher was explaining something. -I did notice that the class seemed quiet wherever the P75 was. That is, when it was at “high” levels. -P75 with androstenol. Could this turn it sexual? What about with TAA/shine? Could it possibly counteract the sleepiness? So many questions. So many mixes. So little time. -Thinking about mixing P75 with bnol. 2.5mcg P75 with 1 spray of double strength IH. \*\*\* Ever since I started class without pheromones, people rarely touched me and opened on me. But after applying pheromones half way in this semester, it’s subtle 360 that I have been noticing. \*\*\* ---

Friday, November 5th 2010 **(Warning long entry)** Daily Summary: P75 “high” + IS + IG + IO **Environment:** Classroom -cold and getting colder. Morning was mid 30s. Luckily no winds for now and no rain for now. Classroom however was warm (room temperature) **Time:** 10:30am **Applications:** 2 x IG To Go (1 spray front of neck, 1 spray back of neck) 3 x IO (1 spray front of neck, 2 sprays to the back of neck) 4 x P75 @ 2.5mcg. (2 to the front of neck, 2 to the back of neck) 5 x IS To Go (2 to the front of neck, 1 spray behind each ear and 1 spray to the back of neck \*IS was applied at 9:30am while general mix was applied at 8:50am Notes: I saw a lot of entries with P75 being mixed with other [putative pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/product-category/advanced-pheromones/putative-pheromones/) or mostly with A314 at low doses. Me being the curious scientist/monkey I am, I decided to see if I can make a good mix with high P75 concentrations. In some situations where I don’t have a lot of time to let -none dissipate, I’m looking for alternatives with one being P75. Now I don’t want to jump on the bandwagon and say if it is a -none or not, but let’s just test it anyways. I also wanted to see if I can do something about the P75 possible “ghost” or “intimidation” that comes in high doses. Then there was that issue with the sudden onset of sleepiness… Today’s target was O-chem girl in Korean class. I wanted to see if I could make her start yakking or what not for she did get close whiff, so for today’s application I decided to split the mix 50/50. Anytime where there was an odd number, it went to the back area of my body. Well yesterday night, I went to Starbucks to study for my test in Japan class. I usually don’t drink any caffeine drinks, but I wanted to get my focus on and the coffee went well with my brain. The problem was before I went to bed, I seemed to overstretched my right hamstring? and it felt like the devil was beating it to a pulp. The pain went away, but I could feel that it would affect my walking tomorrow so I tried to focus on positive thoughts. Too bad the caffeine was in my system so I had about 4 hours of sleep. Usually it’s during classtime when my sleepiness occurs after applying P75 so I moned up at 8:50am and wanted to see if IS could perk me up. After applying, I did feel more focused and a little bit more energetic (made me want to socialize). IS was applied at 9:30 and my sleep onset did not occur. It was more like a slow tiredness, but I didn’t really want to sleep. This mix had kept me awake and alert, only for me to get sleepy after I taken a shower. Not bad considering I skipped lunch and had only 4 hours of sleep. IS made the faint pain in my leg disappear in a snap though (or at least placed it in the deepest regions of my conciousness). Korean class. Back to hits I suppose. Pre-class I didn’t get anything since I had study for a vocab test that I failed to remember to study for. Anyways after the vocab test was done, I recall smiling and just smiling and Hip-Hop and she would usually say something. Talked about how she doodled on her vocab test and drew a monkey in a strange pose. Whenever we laughed though, I seemed to laugh harder than usually and it all felt genuine and not fake. IO was working for the class was louder than usual for the teacher had to actually mention how loud we were. Class mood was upbeat and good for whenever the teacher cracked a joke, a lot of laughter occurred. I was finding every one of his cracks pretty funny. Unfortunately, I got nothing from O-Chem. I did however spent a lot of time with Hip-Hop, cracking jokes and mainly laughing with her. A couple of people asked me questions that were no biggie. Overall, I felt IO and IS was working their magic. **Possible Hit Summary:** -A lot of talking. Class volume had increased along with class mood. -People tended to have conversations with me. **11:00am** Japan class, test day today. I expected the usual hush-study mode, but class was different. The 3 talkative girls came in while I was already in the room since my Korean class was in the same room as well. I was arranging some papers with my Korean book out when the leader of the 3 (2.5 feet) said it stank in here. I immediately thought of other sources, but I have a highly believable hunch that the stank only occurs when the classroom was warm. When the AC was on, the she didn’t seem to comment on the stinkage. Anyways, she spots my Korean book and says, “So, are you ready for the test.” I stop arranging my papers while I turned towards her. “Hmmmm. No, I don’t think I am ready for this test,” I said. We rarely talk and I’m surprised she was talking to me instead of her friends. The girl in front of her notices my Korean book as well and makes a comment. “Oh, are you taking Korean as well?” -her “Yeah, I’m taking Korean.” -me with my usual responses “Well that has got to be hard learning Korean.” -her “Not really, since I am kind of fluent.” -me “Why? Do you get a lot of exposure or something?” -her “Yeah, I’m surrounded by exposure.” -me “Man, I want to go to Korea. I hate Japan. I want to go to Korea and go shopping.” -her The conversation continued like until Leader girl made an interruption. Starting talking about her experience as a worker at a concession stand. She’s a natural talkative person so it’s hard to tell IO effects on her. She did happen to initiate a lot on me though, making eye contact while in the process. I noticed Filipino/American girl was chatty too. Mainly though, the people around me tended to talk and talk instead of studying… **Possible Hit Summary:** -Questions people were asking me. -Talking went on and on and on… **12:20pm** Music class. Now I don’t think I post anything from this class since half of the time, I come to class sweaty (I have to run to make it on time.) Today, I lucked out and carried whatever was left on my body. I arrived about 2 minutes late so I decided to sit on the left side. A girl in front of me was chewing on some bubblegum that I could smell it from my desk (1.5 feet). The main focus though was on a very cute Caucasian blond (4 feet) located northeast of me. About 5 minutes had passed when she started to play with her. A minute later, she tilted her body from a straight up right position to slightly towards the left probably a 35 degree angle towards me. Props her left leg onto her right leg for now and adds more hair play. After 30 seconds of that she **slightly** turns to the left with her eyes and looks at the girl in front of me. Another minute passes by when she then turns her head a bit more to the left to look towards the back a little more, but in my direction. This was all a quick-glance type look she gave… or whatever she was looking at. **12:45pm** Turns her head AGAIN to the left, but this time she looks at me and we lock eyes for a second until we both break contact. She then does more hair play. Class is a bit interesting at the same time boring since the teacher was showing us some youtube videos about an opera and the music associated with it. The videos were interesting… that is until you see the same scene over and over again. 12:59pm. Cute girl turns her head again, but this time slower and I definitely know she is looking at me now while I pretend to not notice. This look over was longer. I look behind me and to the left of me to see if there was anything interesting besides a black girl that was sitting in a desk. Nope, nothing interesting. **Possible Hit Summary:** -Blond girl had a case of rubberneck. Seemed to also stare at me for some reason. -Plenty of hair play by her. Final thoughts for the day: -I think IO or Shine is a good buffer for P75 if it is too intimidating. -Shine could be a good counter to the drowsiness P75? induces. -I may have to tweak the ratios a bit between nols and TAA. ---

Saturday, November 6th 2010 Daily Summary: P75 and IH **Environment:** Supermarket -cold outside, but the supermarket was warm **Time:** 11:00am **Applications:** 1 x P75 @ 2.5mcg to the back of my shirt 1 x IHx2 to the back of my neck Notes: Yeah, I suck with back of the neck applications. I meant to spray it on the back of my neck, but I believe the majority went to my shirt. Applied in the supermarket and I shopped around for 30 minutes before checking out. I didn’t see any odd behavior in the supermarket, partly due to me being in a hurry. I was shopping in Kroger and was waiting in the check-out line when I realized that I forgot to bring my discount card. Another 2 or 3 dollars that I could saved, damn. Well I was waiting in line when the cashier guy started ringing me up (4 feet), followed by the usual, “Do you have your discount card?” “Nah, I forgot to bring it,” I say. What surprises me next is he then asks me if I want to get a discount anyways. Maybe it is the pheromones, or maybe I just got lucky, I accept and he rings me for the lower price if I happened to bring my discount card. I thank him and I went on my way, all pleased. I believe the last time this happened, the cashier lady didn’t help me out. **Possible Hit Summary:** -Cashier guy hooks me up. **Environment:** Mall -cool inside. People still wearing jackets and such. **Time:** 1:00pm Notes: I highly avoid posting stuff from the mall since I get sweaty and half of the time, attention is due to other factors, not pheromones. Went to the arcade and danced. On Saturdays there is always a crowd whenever I dance, so it’s really hard to tell. Danced about a good two hours, with a lot of people coming in around 3:00pm and interactions mostly happening at 3:00pm. When I was resting, some African-American lady (late 30’s, early 40’s) came up to me and asked if I was a professional dancer. “No,” I said, still catching my breath. She then said that she saw me dancing and that I was a really good dancer. More questioned followed while I politely answered her back. “So are you going to dance again,” she asked. “Ehhh, maybe later,” I replied back. Some very cute mid 20s, late 30s (Asian, I believe) with a 3 year old kid stood around me. I treated her with a good dance performance, but she left after 3 minutes or so. Three Caucasian females (16-20 range) came in and saw me dancing and decides to sit down and observe me more. After I had completed my workout for the day, I took a seat about 8 feet from the trio of girls and I could clearly tell they were trying to look at me (quick glances). I didn’t want to talk to these girls since I was all sweaty, but I just waited and see what they would do next. The girls three just sat there and talked to each other, with each girl looking towards my direction (there was nobody around me) while I would just look towards their direction and occasionally somewhere else. Three minutes had passed when they decided to get up and leave. Perhaps the nol and P75 had converted into -none, thus getting some unwanted attention? **Possible Hit Summary:** -Questioning by the lady -Girls checking me out Final thoughts for the day: -data might been tainted due to sweat. -nothing really out of the ordinary with P75 and beta nol combo. ---

Sunday, November 7th 2010 Daily Summary: sales mix exploration **Environment:** Mall -cold outside and cold inside since the AC vent was right above me. I say low 60s. **Time:** 11:17am **Applications:** half spritz of [P75](https://a314.com/product/p75/) @ 2.5mcg to the back of my neck 1 x IHx2 to the back of my neck 2 x IG To Go toe the back of my ears 2 x IO to the back of my ears (with a refresh at 4:00pm, 2 sprays) 3 x IS To Go to the front of my neck (with a refresh at 2:00pm and 4:00pm, both 2 sprays) Notes: I couldn’t really get an accurate time read when the hits occured so I’ll just estimate. I think the last time I worked at the mall, I applied a bnol heavy mix so I decided to switch things around and wondered how the anol would do. The car ride to the mall was as expected. My mom started to talk about how her body ached due to a lack of sleep along with other nonsense stuff (Obama making mandatory healthcare, and what not). Score points for the IO and IH. Around 12:10pm, I decided to go and get some coffee for my mom. I waited in line for there was a customer in front of me and waited probably for a good minute before it was my turn (6 feet from the cash register). “Hi, sir, what can I get for you today?” Another possible hit, since I don’t usually get addressed with formalities due to my young looks. It could possibly the clothes though, since I was ready to sell. Throughout the day, a lot of people would crowd and it would be easier for me to start a conversation with them since I would just walk to their proximity and just wait until they would look at me. “Hi,” I would say, followed by a smile. Not too exaggerated, and not too small, just right. Customer would then ask me about a price or I would just follow them around and help them. The morning though, was dead and we didn’t get a lot of customers. **2:00pm** I had just completed a refresh of IS near my booth. I circled around to make sure things were neat and tidy when some Asian lady (40s) decided to walk so damn close to me she actually grazed her hand on my ass. I looked behind me and was just amazed at how much space she could have used, but noooo. I’m not sure about the time, but I did notice this one Asian girl who happened to pass behind me, appear again, and again, and again. She tried to look over at me, but I would pretend I was zoning out. Some old lady asked me where the elevator was. Another guy asked me for the time. Monday, November 8th 2010 Daily Summary: [P75](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p75/) mix. **Environment:** Computer Room -cold outside, low 60s inside. **Time:** 9:30am **Applications:** 2 x P75 @ 2.5mcg to the back of my ears 1 x IHx2 to the back of my neck Notes: Many people didn’t ask me a lot of questions or initiated with me today, but I did find that I was mostly doing the talking. The differences between IO and IH were there, and I didn’t mind it. However when it came to social interactions, I feel like the amount of P75 I applied was the same if I applied it without. I had confidence to say stuff and it was easier in a way. 10 minutes after I applied, I went to the computer room so I could check my email to see what homework assignments I had to do. I went to the corner and saw this blond girl (5.5 feet) who was reading a book so I decided to sit behind her, quietly making my way to the seat. While I waited for my computer to boot up, I looked outside at the window since I was bored. The girl sitting behind me though, she stopped reading and quickly glances at me (does a 180) within 30 seconds of me sitting down. A minute later she stops reading and decides to put her head down on her arms possibly to take a nap? This soon stops for shes up again and browsing the web this time. **Possible Hit Summary:** -Quick glance by girl **Environment:** Classroom -low 60s inside. The AC was running. **Time:** 10:00am Notes: Came in and started to do my homework. O-Chem girl was registering for her classes while Hip-Hop was giving her some advice/reviewing her schedule. After I had finished my homework, I had a good conversation with Hip-Hop, some small talk, but it was good. I had to guide the conversation mostly. I did managed to make some small talk with some random girl too. It was like the combination of IH and P75 made it some sort of friendly vibe. Or possibly a I am a courageous, friendly person vibe. 15 minutes later, the teacher for Korean class usually passes around the attendance sheet where we would sign our names in cursive. Now O-Chem would usually hand me the sheet without saying anything, but today was different. “Here you go my Floridian friend,” she says while she gives me the attendance sheet. I found it a bit odd since the last time we talked was on Monday, November the 1st’s entry. I give her a cheeky smile and I sign my name. **11:10am** Japan class. Came in at 11:00am since I had to use the bathroom. The AC was still on so I was sure I wouldn’t get a smelly reaction from one of the girls. The girls came in at 11:00am too. I happened to have the Japanese syllabus out and I was scanning the paper to see when the next test date was when the girls on my right took notice as well. Filipino/American girl busted out of nowhere that she had 3 tests to take that day. No, it wasn’t the Spanish Inquisition and compared to Friday’s IO blasts, today’s chatbox level was code blue (less than usual). I had to initiate convos that day and I notice the leader of the girls’ body position was all pointed towards me. Not a lot of talking done by people around me though. **Possible Hit Summary:** -O-chem girl talks, and manages to remember some minuscule detail about me. \*\*\*Just got word of a rave with a M and some other friends on Friday. Tuesday, November 9th 2010 Daily Summary: P75 “high” continued, 15mcg. **Environment:** Bus -cold outside, mid 40s. **Time:** 7:45am **Applications:** 6 x P75 @ 2.5mcg (1 spray behind each ear, 1 spray to the back of my neck, and three to the front of my neck) Notes: There might be some error with the P75, since the sprayed got funky at one spray (gave me like a spritz instead of the usual) so I guesstimated 6 sprays. Five minutes after application I hopped on the bus and went on my merry way. I look in front of me and what do ya know, I see some Indian (grad student? 5 feet) girl that kept looking towards me after five minutes of exposure. While the pheromones were getting drafted around, she would stop staring towards the front of the bus and would keep turning her head to the left. Another case of the rubberband neck syndrome? Perhaps. **Possible Hit Summary:** -rubberband neck? **Environment:** Classroom -cold outside, mid 40s. **Time:** 8:10am Notes: 8:00am class I was a bit late so I had to sit all the way in the back. Not sure to classify this as a hit or not, but some blond girl comes and sits down 4 feet to the left of me. About five minutes later, she takes off her jacket and I notice that she is wearing a tank top… and a nice figure underneath that tank top. I happened to look at everyone else in the room and they are still wearing long sleeves/jackets since the classroom was a bit cold, but I was surprised this girl had taken off her jacket. I could be overreacting though since she wore her jacket again about fifteen minutes later due to being cold. A lot of people in the class were doing something else since the professor wasn’t here and a guest was lecturing. I also had a brief, sleepy moment, but I decided not to take a nap. **Possible Hit Summary:** -girl in tank top showing off the goods **Environment:** Language Lounge -low 60s. People still with jackets. **Time:** 10:30am Notes: The door opened to the Language Lounge and I notice immedietly a couple people giving me a quick glance and then back to whatever they were doing. I happened to sit across an interesting Asian specimen (girl, 7 feet, 19-21) who was on her notebook computer. Approximately five minutes had passed when she started to play with her hair and A LOT. From my P75 observations, this was the most hair play I had ever seen coming from an Asian girl. Then again, she could be the hair playing type when she is bored, but there’s more! A Caucasian girl (probably same age as her, 7 feet) walks into the L.L. at 10:39am and sits right next her. They start talking about stuff and the new girl starts to play with her hair for a while and then stops. The Asian girl on the other hand, is still playing with her hair and it has been 10 minutes since she had started to flick and whatever girls do to their hair… …non-stop that is. The Asian girl would also put a couple of fingers on her lips now and then. I had enough and I started walking towards my class. **Possible Hit Summary:** -I swear, I thought the Asian girl was going bust out a hair curler. **Environment:** Classroom -mid or high 60s with the AC initially on, but turned off later in class **Time:** 10:50am Notes: Japan pre-class. At first when I walked in the class was all quiet even though two out of the three regular girls were already sitting in their seats. Conversation picks up between the ladies however. About five minutes since I had sat down, the leader of the girls (since she talks a lot) started to stand up and do yoga stretches??? / dance moves??? I found it odd since out of all of the classes I’ve seen her, she decides to stretch now/dance practice now. Her body proximity seems a little bit closer to me than usual. Small bits and pieces of conversation picks up in the class. A bit different from today since my observations at 5 sprays of P75 @ 2.5mcg seemed to quiet the class down… **10:57am**. A girl who sits about 14 feet in the back (Thursday, the 4th of November entry about the girl who had to move due to the old guy) suddenly says out loud, “Who watches the K-drama, Boys over Flowers?” Very strange again for she’s usually quiet. One of the girls who sat on my right answer her back. I didn’t speak a lot in class (spoke like 2 or three sentences max) for I was interested in what my classmates had to say even though there were many opportunities for me to butt in. The Japanese teacher did managed to talk about zombies and such (it’s normal for him to go off-topic). Even talked about a daily life as a caretaker for a two year old child. **11:03am.** Hair play by the girl who answered her back. Same as Leader girl. Leader girl’s body position was facing me, but a bit understandable since she had to alternate talking to the person in front of her and the person sitting behind her. **Possible Hit Summary:** -sudden outburst from a quiet person. -a lot of hair play -talkative class, almost as if IO was on… \*\*\*I didn’t feel like going to my last class. However I did notice something strange. While I was on the computer at school, a slow feeling of uneasiness started to creep up on me around 12:40pm. It felt like I had a secret and I wanted everybody to know, but I couldn’t tell anyone. I had some eye twitches throughout the day as well. Final thoughts for the day: -Japan class seemed more talkative today vs. last week. Then again, it was a long day (Tuesdays and Thursday are 1 hour and 15 minute classes vs. a regular 50 minute class) so I didn’t know what was so exciting. -had a small case of rubberbank neck and a big case of hair flickery. I think I may have seen the Asian girl before and I don’t think she plays with her hair a lot ---

Thursday, November 11th 2010 Daily Summary: [P75](https://a314.com/product/p75/), 20mcg. **Environment:** Classroom -cool outside, mid 50s. Classroom was warm enough for the jackets to come off. **Time** : 9:20am (Interactions at 11:00am) **Applications:** 8 x P75 @ 2.5mcg (4 to the front of neck, and 4 to the back of neck) Notes: No errors with the P75 spray thingymajiggor. A funny self-effect did occur though 4 minutes later. All of a sudden I felt very zen-like, peaceful. If I had any small ideas in my head, they were cleared away. In Japanese class, I could not see anything that was out of the ordinary. No outbursts or such. I did some talking though since I did more homework early. Quiet Asian girl who sat on my left seemed a little bit more talkative (but I saw her in a talkative mood earlier so I don’t think the P75 is doing it). Some dude behind me leaned forward real close to me. Kind of freaked me out. The 3 talkative girls were talkative as usual and the whole class talked a bit, before dying down to a whisper. Not sure if the P75 is actually registering with these people at that dose… Saw very little to no hair play. My day was short since I decided to skip class. Friday I will be going to a rave with some friends and M will be there. Most likely will put on an IO/IS/IG combo. **Possible Hit Summary:** -Hard to say. Seems like a normal day. Final thoughts for the day: -Perhaps a non-register to the brains @ 20mcg? Maybe it needs buffers? I have a high suspicion that it needs to be paired with something to work well. -Zen-like state was real nice. Made me talk without fear to my classmates. ---

Saturday, November 13th, 2010 **Environment:** Apartment -warm for some reason. mid 60s while inside was a moderate 70ish. **Time:** 12:30pm **Applications:** 1 x IG To Go to the front of neck 2 x IS To Go to the front of neck 3 x IO to the front of neck (with a refresher of two sprays at 4:00pm) Notes: I really was in a hurry today for I thought I had plenty of time to prepare, but in actuality, time was a precious element. No opportunity to test P75 and since it was a farewell party for a friend, I decided to ditch the IH for now and focus on good vibes. I arrived at the apartment at 1:00pm and saw that there were new people that I didn’t know along with old friends. I’m usually quiet in the first moments since I tend to analyze people and things like that, but I saw that M was getting the guest of honor to come so I was left to fend for my self. Made some good talk with my old drinking/party buddy for I felt a bit bad since I didn’t go to a party with him yesterday (partly due to M not going as well), but everything seemed okay. There was a concert that was being played on the TV so people didn’t talk as much. Guest of honor came and we gave a good surprise to her. Everyone started eating and talking and it was really festive. The mood was generally good with a lot of laughter. It might had been a sad day for the guest of honor since she had to move away, but it felt like the opposite for everyone was having a jolly good time playing video games and such. There wasn’t any activity between Megan and I since we weren’t “official” and that we tended to be aware of how others might feel. So out of the 8 hours I had been at the party, about an hour or two was spent with her while the rest of my time was spent with everyone else. I do recall around the third or fourth hour, I started to make commentaries at the video game one of the girls were playing. It got some really good laughs and I don’t consider myself a comedian. Towards the 6th or 7th hour, I saw M was getting closer and closer to me while everyone else was busy socializing with others. I was basically hanging out near the corner of the apartment talking to my party buddy most of the time when she decided to lay down in front of the tv with her stomach on the floor. “Man, I could use a good pillow right now since I’m tired, but we are out of pillows,” I said. “I guess I will have to use a cushy tushie instead.” M laughed and I didn’t see any resistance from her facial expression so I decided to lay my head on her ass. It was a nice feeling, very soft, but I immediately got off for I feared she might pull a “silent but deadly” on me. Around the 7th hour, party buddy (I’ll call him N.S.) happened to bring a book about vulgar korean and was showing M some of his newly developed vocabulary since he was trying to hit on some cute korean he met yesterday. I joined in as well and reviewed over the book while M would read some of the statements outloud. A bit interesting to see this side of M since I never knew she had a dirty little mind. **Possible Hit Summary:** -Good party atmosphere. He already downed a can of Four (some hybrid energy/alcohol drink?) and I was a bit bummed since I wanted to get smashed as well. Sprayed some IS and IO and I felt a bit better with a better thought process as well. I explained to myself in my head why I would be better off not drinking and I was satisfied with the result. My main priority was dancing since I LOVE to dance and hitting on girls was an optional play. There was a girl behind me while I waited in line (less than a foot) and she was exposed for about a minute or two when she made a comment to her friend who wore almost nothing. “Yeah, I think the guys would appreciate your panties,” she said. I turned around, gave her a quick examination and a thumbs up. “I’m appreciating it already,” I said with a cheesy smile. She thanked me and gave me a smile back. Now usually N.S. would start conversations with strangers, but it feels like this night was the opposite. I would happen to initiate with strangers while N.S. would follow or if he knew anybody, I would just stay quiet and smile. He knew a bunch of people at the party (one who was a car fanatic, married to a girl). N.S. gave a warm greeting while I stood around and smiled. His friend’s girl on the other hand, seemed a bit bored or something. We walked around and the friend bought his wife a pair of glow-in-the-dark bunny ears. I tapped her on the elbow and complimented her ears and she smiled and thanked me back. It’s hard to say how my pheromones worked towards the end of the night since I started to sweat buckets and buckets. Our routine would be to dance in one area until some girls decided to be near our proximity and that’s when I would start looking for “invitational behavior”. I feel like the combination of IO and IS is enough to promote attraction and interest, but NOT in the realms of **sexuality**. Most of the time, the girls would be near my location and I would go to them and the group of us would have a good time dancing and would stop at that. A lot of people were friendly to me and offered me all sorts of things like cigs, drugs, and other stuff. Not bad considering all I did was smile. -When dancing, interested girls tended to be in my proximity first and then would be acceptable when I invaded their “dance space”. Nothing seemed to progress beyong that though. -After the party, N.S. talked about a lot of stuff (some personal stuff, some stuff related to me and what not). Maybe it was the alcohol talking? -I have gotten a lot of compliments about my T-shirt Final thoughts for that day: -I give the 3 IS, 3 IO combo a 6 out of 10. Good for making new acquaintanceships and possible dance partners, but seems to wimp out when it comes to the sexual arena. Monday, November 15th, 2010 Notes: My off day. I haven’t had an off day in such a long time. Plus P78 arrived in the mail today, but I fought the temptation to wear it. Overall, there were nothing out of the ordinary except for one incident in Music Class. This Asian girl was sitting about 4 feet to the northeast of me. She turned her head around and kept on looking at the clock (with me being near her line of sight). Probably did this about 10 times. \*\*\*Will begin testing of P78 tomorrow. ---

Tuesday, November 16th, 2010 **Environment:** Computer Room -cold front ended. High 50s due to rain. **Time:** 10:00am **Applications:** 1 x P78 @ 5mcg to the front of neck Notes: Sweet spot testing for P78. The smell of P78 is very pleasant (much better than the P75) and I think it may have a relaxing effect on me. Anyways, I was typing a report up in the computer room when a blond girl was sitting on my left (2.5 feet). A pair of students (one guy and one girl) were saying stuff in noob Spanish outloud when the blond girl turned around and asked them “What are you guys doing?” The girl then said that they had a group presentation and it was 30 minutes long that they were trying to prepare for (even though the girl didn’t even know how to say my name is…) The group then packed their belongings and started to leave, with the blond girl saying good luck to them as they left. **Possible Hit Summary:** -nosy? Nothing big from Japan class. I did notice that the 3 girls’ body orientation weren’t facing me when I had the [P75](https://a314.com/product/p75/) or -nol on. For the last class, the teacher had cancelled it so I didn’t get a lot of chances today. Will test P78 @ 10mcg tomorrow, even though I have a presentation to do. Wednesday, November 17th, 2010 Daily Summary: P78 sweet spot testing + IH **Environment:** Bus -outside was low 60s, a very breezy. A tad breezy inside the bus for the heater was on (and inefficient as well) **Time:** 10:35am **Applications:** 2 x P78 @ 5mcg to the inner forearms 2 x IHx2 to the inner forearms Notes: Sweet spot testing for P78 continued. With the holidays approaching along with the end of the semester, I am running out of time to test properly. Not only did I decide to test the sweet spot of the 78, but as well as any possible combinations that might affect it. Was supposed to go to Korean class today, but I skipped it. The anticipation of Thanksgiving break and school burn out is leaving me lazier and lazier (thank god testing pheromones is so much interesting and fun). I wore a T-shirt thinking today might be a warm day, but I was wrong. I applied at the parking lot and roughly two minutes had passed when I arrived at the bus stop. I saw this Asian chick (Korean or Chinese) and she was sitting down on a seat. I think I may have saw an increase in leg movement for she moved her leg up and down really fast. I highly doubt the pheromones reached her since it was windy outside… Inside the bus however, was no better. The inefficient heater was making the air feel colder. I sat behind the same Asian girl (3 feet) and she would occasionally glance at the window to the side of her, but just enough so one could see who was sitting on the left or right by using peripheral vision. **10:40am** Five minutes has past since initial exposure and then I started to see some results. She briefly turns her head towards the back of the bus and looks at me (while I silently chew on a snack). Seven minutes later, just when she is about to get off, this time the girl slowly turns her head around and towards me, giving me a good look for a second and then gets off the bus. I can say that her expression on her face was a bit spacey? confused? Her mouth was a only slightly open, but her eyes were spaced out, or at least was saying “Who is this guy?” It could be the bnols working from IH or it could be the P78, but I don’t think I had that same look with IH before. I couldn’t really smile back at her since I was eating a chocolaty snack (and didn’t want to show the bits and pieces left in my mouth). We just locked eyes, that’s all. **Possible Hit Summary:** -cute Asian girl had a WTF? look on her face. \*\*\* Didn’t get anything else out of the ordinary throughout the day either. I think it weighs less when it comes to the area of attraction compared to P75. Final thoughts for the day: -Still needs more testing.
