That’s my goal. However, logistics may make that impossible. It may end up being unreasonably expensive. I will do what I can, however.
Update: I have PS-R1 in hand. It arrived this morning. I have also decanted it into 5 mL bottles. Each tester will get 2 x 5 mL of stuff. One in a bottle marked A, and one in a bottle marked B. One is PS-R1; one is either scented alcohol or an alternate mix of scent and pheromones.
The vast majority of my testers are not from here this time. Those who are testing already know it… nd they should submit their mailing addresses to me via PM so I can ship.
Let the testing begin!
Oh, and thanks once again to Androtics for their generosity and assistance in helping with this. And really… you can release the MX pack any time.

There is a potential problem with Revision 1. Distribution is on hold until the problem is verified and dealt with.
Okay: to clarify -
You have a Rev 0 and a Rev 1. Please make the differences clear.
You are hoping to have the powers that be release a MX test pack. What will be in that pack? Is that also waiting for “Chemical X?” Will you announce the name/designation of that pack here on the forum (and provide a link to it)?
Are there any plans to make any of your MX’s a commercial/“finished” product like “Instant Whoopee” or will it/they remain as MX’s? (ie will there ever be a “Panty Scorcher” “brand”.) Distribution plans? (Through AD, independent, etc).

Revision 0 is the original formula. Revision 1 attempts to tweak R0 such that it becomes both less expensive and more of something else I want it to be at the same time.
Androtics has permission to release an MX pack, but without Chemical X it cannot be released, as doing so would produce rather lackluster results without Chemical X in comparison. Therefore… we wait until Androtics has Chemical X.
I have plans to make Panty Scorcher a commercial product. Distribution plans are not possible until testing is finished, production is clarified, and production price is known. At that point I will determine how to best proceed. Marketing and distribution methods will depend heavily on the price I must charge to make a reasonable profit.
I want it to be available as an MX before I even start thinking about selling it commercially, so that you guys can try it and see what you think.
Update:
The current batch of PS-R1 has a problem with the scent package. This time, it was scented with Akuto. However, the Akuto scent is much stronger than usable. Since the target dose is 2-3-4 sprays, this batch is almost completely untestable because the scent is so strong that even one spray of a to-go bottle is slightly into unreasonable for the amount of scent being applied. Wwearing three sprays, I had someone chase me out of the room! I have spoken to Steve, and we are working something out.
Also… for all of you following this thread, I know you want to try Panty Scorcher. I know you want to be testers. I know you’d send me money for the chance, etc. But please understand that I am not accepting any more testers from the pheromone boards. It’s nothing personal - it’s just that I am trying to run a test that is as blind and unbiasted as possible. You guys, God knows I love you all… but you all “know too much”. Since I don’t have an assistant for making this a double blind test, I have to make it “as blind as possible”.
So… while I do have a few testers coming from here… the ones I have selected are testing for very specific reasons. I will not be accepting anyone else as a tester from here unless I specifically say otherwise at some point in the future.

I believe it was stated that catlord gave permission for it to be released as a MX pack for R0, but androtics are awaiting a component chemical, and can not mix the solution until they obtain that chemical.
I just hope it lives up to its name, and isn’t simply another social mone
