You seem to be very social-able, so IO might not be needed for you. I would suggest IH though, as it makes people want to bond to you. I would also suggest IS as it is a mood boosting pheromone and when I use it I literally can’t stop smiling sometimes.

thanks a lot for the warm welcome! I was also thinking of getting AMMO for my first. Adding IH later down the road…next week ahaha. The more I read on this forum and the success stories each member have with these products is getting me back in the groove .
