For those who do not know, Kuala Lumpur recently launched a tribunal working to criminalise war, by perhaps bringing war crimes to light. > > It’s a great effort, but imo, was a disaster the first time around, and is quite a laughingstock in the outside world, from the little I know. It was far too one-sided, similar to any convention which criticizes the current global scenario. It was very enlightening, and great for public awareness, but not much use in terms of legal credibility, really.
